From the first enquiry to to the last farewell, the communication received has been first class.
All pickup times and locations explained and was on times specified
Hotels were as described and ideal for our requirements.
The only glitch, was our Airport to Cancun Hotel Transport dropped us off at the incorrect Hotel, [who knew there were 2 Hotels with same name but 16km apart?]. A quick Taxi ride, and confirmation from our Miami Rep Chris [who was excellent by the way] that the return to Airport would be from the correct hotel and all worked out

We travelled with Formula Escapes for a trip to Japan and the F1 race at Suzuka. The communication was excellent throughout, from booking to the daily updates as to what we were doing the following day; we always knew what was planned. This trip is a mixture of planned activities and plenty of free time to explore on your own. Hotels and transport were 5 star. The hosts Nik and Gina were fantastic; friendly and knowledgeable. This our 4th trip with Formula Escapes and we have already booked again as they are so professional and good at organising everything, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We made some lovely memories and friends.

Sadly our trip to the Bahrain GP was cancelled due to the ongoing Middle East conflict.
In typical style we booked literally the day before the war broke out.
Formula escapes handling of the unprecedented situation has been amazing.
They were brilliant through the booking process, explaining the packages and answering all our questions.
They were so quick in contacting us to let us know options and what would happen should F1 cancel. I’ve heard many other similar companies have been difficult to contact, but Formula escapes reached out to us as soon as the news was breaking the story.
When F1 officially announced the race was cancelled, we had an email within 2 minutes outlining our options.
We opted for a refund as we were going for our 10 year wedding anniversary so wanted to book another trip instead.
It did take some time to receive the refund as naturally there was a lot of co-ordination for their team to do with the various suppliers, but they kept us updated the whole time.
We will definitely be looking to book with them for a race next season- hopefully to Bahrain, but if not, another race on the calendar for sure!

The travelling from airport to hotels and getting to F1 track was well organised.
The trips we done were excellent and had a great tour guide.
Nic and Gina made our trip really great with all the organising from each hotel making it run very smoothly and the helpfulness they gave to everyone.
Would definitely book again with Formula Escapes and recommend.

This was my first Formula Escapes experience and it definitely won’t be the last! Part of the reason for booking was to take the stress out of organising the trip and it absolutely did that with bells on, every last bit was thought of, especially to and from the Grand Prix. As a solo traveller I was made to feel extremely included at all points and met some wonderful people. Nik and Gina were fabulous at every point and made the experience even better. Can’t wait to book the next one!

Great company to book your formula one travel and experience with. I went twice in 2025 and both times it was a great experience, really well organized and a great weekend all round.

Just returned from the trip of a lifetime to Abu Dhabi race for my sons upcoming 18th birthday.
This team knew their regular customers by name and made the effort to get to know the new ones too and include everyone equally!
I did my research and pulled quotes far and wide before I made my choice to book with Formula Escapes and not one competitor could put together an end to end package with flexibility, extras and bespoke additions that made it not only really special but also so easy and left us to simply enjoy every moment.
I will definitely be booking with them again soon.

From the time we initially spoke to Chris on the phone to book our trip to the F1 in Qatar it has been a breeze. Formula Escapes cover every aspect of your trip without being intrusive or pushy. Everything is explained and if you need contact when abroad Chris and his team are on hand, get back to you and resolve any issues. There was the option of meeting Chris and his team at the track. The choice of hotels were excellent and close proximity to the metro to get the transfers to the track. We had daily updates via whattsapp regarding the races and tips about the area. I had a query regarding transfers back to the airport as we had extended our stay and swapped hotels. I contacted Chris, he replied almost immediately and informed me he’d get back to me when it was resolved. Within the hour all sorted. Excellent service. Would I book again with Formula Escapes, YES absolutely. Thanks to you all.

Communications were great from Chris. However we would have liked to have known earlier on re booking extra legroom seats. We were also disappointed with grandstand T16. The seats very uncomfortable & cramped. Also Tv screen not large enough. We found ourselves going mostly to Lusail hill.
Realise please this is not a criticism just observation.
We all enjoyed ourselves enormously & can’t wait for another F1 experience.

Ps Circuit could really do with upping the catering as queue for food horrendous. The same with ladies toilets. Xxx bearing in mind you could not take anything to eat or drink in with you.

Have had yet again another fabulous trip with Formula Escapes at the Las Vegas GP,Ali & Nik were the best hosts & looked after us above & beyond our expectations.
If you’ve never booked with Formula Escapes then just do it, the service from our initial enquiry,booking & at resort was exceptional,with that personal touch that is reassuring.
Already looking to book for 2026.

I booked the pitstop package. Initially the service was good, fast response but they were pushy to get you to book. But, it was what i wanted and the deposit was low so progresssed.
However, this is when it turnes poor. I was told i would find out my hotel before making the next payment, the oayment date was due so i had to chase. Often taking multille emails amd escalations to get a reaponse.
Eventually i was told they could no longer honor the quote and offered a requote from another airport. Which was £800 more expensive. After a quick check onlinw i could get flights for lwss than the Extra cost. Bare in mind this was an extra cost on top of what they must have assumed for the other flights.
I took the refund, which was peocesses fast to be fair.
However, i am not missing out on the F1 experience.
I wish i had just booked it myself.
I can only aasume they were not making enough money from the original quote.

Edit:
You will see the response from fromula 1 escapes below. My original flight was from Glasgow. They requoted me from edinburgh an EXTRA £800. Assuming flights from glasgow to madrid would have been £300 foe two of us. By their maths the new flight from edinburgh would be £1100......anyone knows that is not possible.
I then went on their website and now the madrid quote is £3,400 for the pitstop package when i was originally quoted £2,600.

Our first time travelling with Formula Escapes was Monza 2024, we were so impressed we went to Singapore (and Bali) with them for our Honeymoon this year (2025).
Everything is sorted for you, your travel, transfers, hotel and tickets. It couldn't be easier and makes travelling to the F1 enjoyable and hassle free.
Both times I had contact with the team with queries and specific requests prior to travelling and all communication was professional and prompt and queries/requests sorted.
Chris, Rachel and Dan were enthusiastic and helpful throughout Singapore.

First time rookies with Formula Escapes. Could not fault the hotels (we did the 7 nights in Bali after)
The train system in Singapore is a doddle the queuing system at the track could be improved, yes that’s nothing to do with FE but queuing in 30degrees they seriously would make a mint selling cold water for people in the queue!
We got a few heads up on the FE chat which was really helpful ie don’t take rucksacks etc to the track, take as little as possible and fit what you can into pockets…… you’ll sail through gates!
We could hear the Porche Carrera quali etc whilst still in the queue to get in as the gates had not yet opened which was a bit rubbish but still nothing to do with FE
On the whole the most amazing time and meeting great friends. Would we use FE again…….. absolutely we are actually looking at our next fenture!

Went to Singapore F1 weekend then Bali for 6 days after.
Unbelievable experience, everything was taken care of and ran like clockwork.
100% will use again 👍

Experience of a lifetime! The VIP podium package for all three days of F1 in Singapore is highly recommended. The venue is incredible with access across 3 floors inc terrace views of the race track and concert stage, with lower level 1 offering a cool trackside location to capture the rapid atmosphere of the racing. The accommodation I stayed in was 5 star and literally less than a ten minute walk to the circuit/hospitality. The Food was Michelin Star worthy and at a plenty with a variety of dishes to cater for everybody. The open bar was excellent and table service from the local recreation club staff lovely serving Champagne and other drinks. Thanks to Formula Escapes for this, they were really great hosts. The invitation to join the rest of their clients for a famous Singapore Sling cocktail was duly accepted. Got to meet some awesome people experiencing it for the first time also. McLaren winning the Constructors Championship was the icing on the cake, plus with the F1 happening in the afternoon/night you have time to explore Singapore during the day which is really easy to get around by Metro. Some folks went on to Bali after.

This was our second trip with Formula Escapes and it was fantastic, from the booking to the sending of tickets to the arrangements made for us all. The whole team should get a pat on the back for the hard work we do not see.
We had a fantastic location for our hotel which was a fifteen minute walk to the track. We were close to all the sites or a taxi drive away.
Our seats for the race were vey close to the track which was amazing for the sounds and the screen for the rest of the race was in a great position.
Then lets talk about the the location for the after race acts, it was so close it was amazing.
Thank you very much for organising the trip and we will be booking again.

Just back from an amazing week at the Singapore Grand Prix.
From the initial booking to receiving the tickets etc Formula Escapes were always responsive.
The reps in Singapore were friendly and accessible at all times. They kept us informed and responded quickly to queries via WhatsApp.
The hotel was adequate and the staff were brilliant - nothing was too much for them.
Our Turn 1 Grandstand seats were perfect - right opposite the pit lane.
We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend Formula Escapes to others and hope to book again in the future.

I have used Formula Escapes for several trips now The company is great and communication is spot on. Everything is all planned for you, taking away the hassles of trying to plan it all yourself and nothing is too much trouble. Have had some fantastic laughs in various country's with the f1 community and defo some lasting memories. Definitely will be booking again for 2026!

We’ve just returned from an epic 16-day trip organised by Formula Escapes, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough! Everything was seamless from start to finish.

Our adventure started in Amsterdam, where we explored the city before heading to Zandvoort for the Dutch GP with our daughter and her boyfriend, the perfect way to celebrate her 21st. The atmosphere was incredible, the whole race weekend felt like one big party!

From there, my husband and I flew to Milan to soak up the sights and enjoy the Monza GP. Formula Escapes arranged an amazing live track walk and pit lane tour, which made it extra special as an early 50th birthday celebration for him. The transfers to and from the track were so well organised

To top it all off, we finished with a few days around Lake Garda, the perfect way to wind down after all the excitement.

Formula Escapes handled every detail, making the whole trip smooth, stress-free and unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate F1 experience, this is the company to go with!
