Very easy to navigate the Forge & Foundry website, I purchased a black beaded bracelet and a personalised cuff as birthday gifts for two of my brothers. The email communication is great and both items were delivered very quickly, beautiful designs and quality pieces in fabulous packaging, I’m extremely pleased with my purchases.

The gift I purchased for my son was delivered promptly and he absolutely loved it. The quality is wonderful and it is lightweight and easy to wear every day. The engraving is just a lovely extra touch so that you can personalise your gift. Thank you.

I bought a black leather bracelet for my brother as a birthday gift. It arrived in quality packaging, and looked exactly as the picture advertised. Speedy service and and excellent communication.

I ordered a Pioneer leather bracelet and it was delivered very quickly and in beautiful packaging.
Unfortunately I ordered one that was too long. I e-mailed and enquired about exchanging it. A lady called Olivia was so helpful and I now am the proud owner of of a correct size bracelet.

Recently bought a leather bracelet to complement another bracelet I have worn for a number of years. Though absolutely nothing wrong with the bracelet, it turned out to be just a little too ‘bulky’ and didn’t quite suit. With absolutely no quibble, arrangements were made for its return and another immediately dispatched which turned out to be ‘just the ticket’ and I’m really pleased with my purchase. I recently purchased a personalised leather bracelet. It was for for my husband's birthday. He doesnt wear much jewellery, but he loves it.

The quality is excellent, and came in a lovely presentation box.

Ordering was easy and the communication was excellent. The delivery was very quick.

On contacting the company, they could not have been more helpful, guiding me through returning and replacing the original with a more suitable alternative which I love.

I purchased matching Beaded bracelets for my husband and son for Christmas. It was close to Christmas and I never thought they would arrive on time but they did! Communication was great so I knew where they were in the order/shipping process all along the way. The quality was amazing and the boys loved them! They said they were never taking them off. I love that they offered gold AND silver accents too! They came in a velvet drawstring bag which was inside of a very masculine metal box. Great for presentation. Highly recommend and would definitely buy from Forge and Foundry again! They went above and beyond my expectations.

Wonderful customer service. I needed my bracelets mailed to the UK and the website wouldn’t allow me to put in my address, even though personalization was done at their London site instead of the US. I emailed them and Olivia personally assured me she would handle the address change herself. They were shipped out quickly (even with the holidays) and I just received them today. They’re perfect!
