Withdrawals at xChief are quick and easy. An option for same-day bank transfers would be great for urgent needs.

Very bad customer service. My account manager is no intention to give any solution. I am not able to withdraw even my own funds and 5 email and so many WhatsApp reminder given to my personal account manager but no any solution till now

Complete scam broker. They give you a no deposit bonus but dont let you withdraw the profits made. You need a turnover of 10 million to withdraw, which would mean you have to 100X the account and they THEN let you only keep the 100 dollars they gave you - not the profit made. Stay away from these scammers!

Beware of this broker! In 10 years of trading, never encountered such a fraudulent broker even remotely!

Market prices are manipulated exorbitantly and hardly ever correspond to the real market prices! Sometimes up to 8-10 pips for the broker's advantage without any reason!
Positions in the negative are automatically closed by the broker to maximize losses!
Deposits without verification and trading are allowed but only via crypto, complying with all regulations!
Withdrawals are systematically canceled and not processed! Once deposited, the money is gone forever!

My account was permanently banned by the compliance team without giving any reasons. The day before writing this review, I downloaded their application, then uploaded the required documents, took a selfie, completed all the requirements, and waited for a day I received an email saying that the account verification status had been changed. I entered the application and suddenly the account was permanently suspended by the compliance team without mentioning the reasons. I contacted technical support and he said we do not know the reasons. I will tell you This broker is a fraud. Be careful, do not open an account with him. Sincerely speaking, Fxchief has good spread compared to other brokers I have used. However, the fact that processing of payments take over 24hours is disturbing. This has become a very regular occurrence. I say so because when I joined them it takes less than 20 minutes to hit my account.
However, currently it takes over 24hours for the money to even leave the platform, then another 4 to 5 hours to hit your account.
If they could do it better before, it means they deliberately don't want to do better now and that's a red flag.
A certain broker I also use process payment and I get it in my account in less than 10minutes, so Fxchief should look into what is wrong in their ranks.
They can definitely do better.

Well, it is only a matter of time before I leave this review. This is the only broker I have used and it has been a good experience for me. I got many wins last year, so it was a successful 2022. Forexchief has a wide range of assets, including access to crypto and stocks on the same account. I am also able to hold my balance in btc for long duration. I wish Forexchief a happy New Year. Keep up the good work.

All of a sudden they stoped providing MasterCard deposits method. I could use skrill but It is not posible either although they state It on their web. Luckely, i found a broker that Accept all these deposit method and most important, instantáneos withdrawls.

I trade US indices with this company. Mainly NASDAQ. I like the trading conditions and the quality of order execution on indices

I'm a pro trader experienced 13+ Yrs. I was seeing them more than 3 yrs. I have account with them 2 Yrs. After all the checks I deposited nearly 2,000 USD. Everything was smooth until today. Today I place 3 Sell orders in EURUSD with SL 1.09391. But all the orders stopped at 1.09631-1.0968 which is nearly 30 pips gap. It is very unfortunate they have this much gap ups.

They order execution is extremely slow when compared with other brokers. It wasn't only on News time. It was all the time. I checked with other top brokers and came to review again. This is very clear they use some plugins to manipulate the traders. And when ever you withdraw the fund the support person asking why you withdraw.

I do not recommend anyone who wants to use their services, I created an account around November and I received the no deposit bonus of $100 and more $1 for downloading their application, I traded with this for four months several financial assets but all of my profits were made with the nasdaq, my balance is $153 with trades having lots of 0.10, recently I made a perfect money deposit of $52, and they added 100% to me bonus, but since then I can no longer trade the nasdaq even with the smallest lot, they tell me that my margin is not sufficient enough however, with the no deposit bonus account I have traded the nasdaq well and with an effect leverage of 1:1000, and the margin required had never been so high, but once it's now my own money the margin multiplies lol, I can't do anything anymore and the worst thing is that I can't not also withdraw my money, when I want to make a withdrawal it writes that I have no money available to be withdrawn, I strongly advise against this broker, when you are new they flatter you with good stuff but once you deposit your money, they invent rules that don't exist, please give me my money Forex chief here is my account number 1839128

Customer service through whatsapp great, spectacular withdrawing fund speed and good lower spread.

I have been using FC on and off for a few years. Never ever encountered any problems! The features are very friendly and convenient. They seem pretty laid back, but they are quietly doing a diligent job.

The only regret is that deposit/withdraw options for me is limited. Basically I can only use skrill. But this is a generic problem for certain groups of companies. I believe FC has done their best. Thus I can hope that this area can improve, but I have no complaints.

I recommend traders give it a try.

Not all offices are allowed to trade using trading advisors, it seems to be a pity for them if the trader earns an extra penny. And this one has!

I have used both local bank transfer and Advanced cash to fund my account with Fxchief. I also used Advanced Cash for withdrawals.
Last week I requested a withdrawal and was denied. They said I had to use a local bank transfer. What is the point of having different withdrawal methods if you can't use them? The Advanced Cash account I requested a withdrawal from was exactly the one I used for the previous deposit.
