I didn't get full charge after pay

My account was called Margin. I deposited money again to top up my account. After depositing money, I noticed that my account balance was -$21. The system should have zeroed it. I informed the support so that they would zero or zero the account before toping up the account, but my account was topped up the same way and only $10 was credited to my account. No matter how much I explained to the support that it was a system problem, they said that everything was fine. If everything is fine, then where did the rest of the amount go?
This is not fair

On Friday, just 5–10 minutes before market close, a suspicious price movement occurred on my account. The market showed a candle reaching 4828, which was not reflected on any other broker platform at that time. This indicates that the price feed on your platform was manipulated or inaccurate.
At that moment, I had both buy and sell trades open, and due to this fake candle, my account—containing a deposit of $500—was completely wiped out. This loss appears to be caused by incorrect or artificial pricing on your system.
I request you to:
Investigate this incident thoroughly.
Provide me with the price feed data for that time.
Compare it with other reliable market sources.
Refund my lost amount if manipulation or error is confirmed.

Broker scam

I want to understand a convincing reason for not withdrawing my money. I have an account with this company, exactly $7075. I submitted a request to withdraw part of this money, estimated at $600 only, on Thursday, December 12, 2024, to be contacted by support and they told me that the amount would be transferred to my account in Binance automatically on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, but the transfer has not happened until this moment. This is without mentioning that I have not withdrawn any amount for about a month for the same reasons, and whenever I contact support, they give me promises, but to no avail, any false promises. I think that we are facing a brokerage company that defrauds and deceives its customers. As for me, this company is a fraud and a scammer until proven otherwise. I am waiting for an answer from this company

Their cents account has no liquidity

Their cents account has no liquidity. All I get are "off quote" messages.
Manual- or automatic-trading, pending limit , pending stop orders , market orders , time of the day, it makes no difference.
I created a ticket of the problem but XChief doesn't take me serious. They told me that it is normal and that I should read their trading conditions.

Money not showing after deposit. Open 4 tickets No customer support

I have made a deposit and Etherscan shows transaction went through. This was 5 days ago. I always double check to make sure I am sending to the correct address. As of right now still not showing the deposit in my account. I have opened 4 tickets and no response.
A deposit of $1431.24. Minus fees I should have a deposit of $1425 in my account.

Still no reply to all the open tickets for support.
