Bespoke Memorial Stone- Beautiful

From the moment of enquiry to purchasing then collection our experience was second to none.

We knew what we wanted and Andrew (from the central belt in Scotland) absolutely delivered- he understood the need for perfection and what it meant to us.

The quality of stone is beautiful and workmanship outstanding, would highly recommend.

From our very first contact to our last, Pete has been extra caring and tactful. Every step of the way, he showed patient, compassion and showed true interest in our grieving story. Since we found this website online without being referred to it by anyone, we had no idea if it was a scam or not. We went for it anyway and have absolutely no regret whatsoever. We live in France. Pete flew to us to collect my mom’s ashes. He kept us updated regularly, every step of the making process, without us asking for it. We had a clear timeline from the start which was perfectly met so my mom’s stones could be thrown in the Mediterranean Sea as her wish on French Mother’s Day. Forever stones is a family run business and it shows on a very positive way : they know you, they listen, they truly care for what they do, they follow up and they make beautiful soft-to-the-touch pebbles. You are not just an order number. Forever Stones showed impeccable and reliable customer service (we have been very impressed) and we really felt « taken by the hand » in this difficult time which brought true comfort. I will be forever grateful to the entire team/family and can’t recommend them enough.

I had researched for ages to find something that I could do with my wife's ashes. This was an amazing idea as jewellery etc didn't feel right for me. My wife had a lot of friends from school , work and a running club and this allows me to give them something of her.
Peter and the team were brilliant explaining the process , timeframe and updates . He picked up the ashes and within 6-8 weeks they were returned as stones.
My son and I love them and are in the process of sharing them with our friends .
My son is taking one each time he goes away on holiday and leaves one each place he visits .

I just wanted to say I am truly grateful for everything you have done and I am absolutely delighted with the thoughtful, sensitive service you provided. From the initial phone call, to the collection of my husband Steve's ashes, the regular updates and final delivery of the beautiful stones I can't praise you enough. The stones are beautiful and the presentation was lovely. Each stone came individually wrapped and in a lovely wooden display box. This has given me a way to share something tactile and meaningful with family and friends. It is a truly lovely way to have a lasting keepsake and reminder for all of us. I am so very pleased that after nearly four years of not really knowing what to do with Steve's ashes I chose to do this. Now I have tangible reminders of Steve around the house, in the garden, in the car, in my purse, in my sports bag and in my handbag. The family and friends have loved choosing from the stones and it has given them a lovely opportunity to have a reminder of their own. I know he graces many a golf bag! He'd have liked that.

A very personal service where I was kept updated on the progress of turning my wife Julie Ann's ashes into beautiful polished stones. The results were beautiful. The presentation was amazing and to be able to give family and friends a lasting keepsake is priceless.
