We were not happy with the item we bought and asked for a refund. No go. They advertise "If you are not happy with the item we will 100% refund it". Be careful if you purchase from this company.

Ordered in December 2021 and still haven't received it. Keep getting a message that I shouldn't worry and that I should have a nice day. That has been going on all year.

I placed an order in late November…
I placed an order in late November 2021, this is now end March 2022, item never received. Emailed a few times only to be told it is in transit. I have requested a refund but not received even a reply. Do not buy from this company, it is obviously a scam!

I placed this order beginning of December 2021. We are now in March 2022. I have not received the item. Every time I email I am told that the problem is with the shipping company. Twice I have asked for a refund and was last told not to get angry. Do not use this company!
