Why did I wait?
I had heard about this process last year, but at first ignored it, thinking it was too complicated. I am glad the second year I went forward. My normal process was to get a relatively cheap scanner and scanned hundreds of pictures on my own. This process was super!

I learned about why some of my photos were cropped. Through the miracle of technology, I was able to fix each photo. The results were delightful, and the finished product (257 photos) arrived within days of ordering. THANK YOU!

Pictures were dark. There was a white strip on top my cover. I did not see that on my laptop.

The process of ordering prints seemed…
The process of ordering prints seemed difficult to navigate to me, and I ended up printing multiple pictures of the same thing. I found it hard to go back and look at the pictures that were in the cart versus what I wanted to order and I did not feel like the picture quality is very good compared to other online sources. Also did not find a place where I could delete pictures out of the cart very easily. Overall, I thought it was very difficult for me to figure out.

Great value and so flexible!
Great value and so flexible!! For under €10 you and your family can see all the walkable public treasures of Trier. We just looked at the museum from the outside, but stopped and paid to see the underground tunnels at the thermal baths. Then we had lunch at a bistro and continued the tour at our leisure. The English version is AI, but that is a good thing because the accent was very easy to understand. The app connects you to Google maps so you can easily find your way to each spot (until your batteries fail!). We also stopped to purchase some boutique chocolates (snack time!), and walked back to the car after the tour (at 5pm) through the pedestrian shopping streets and enjoyed the artisan wares. We will be going back into Trier to see the amphitheatre and the boat cranes, but it would have been too much to add them to the walking tour.
