Exceptional service
Having just completed my first year signed up with the umbrella payroll company, ForeTwo, I would like to commend them for their excellent service.
In a world where we’ve come to expect mediocrity at best for customer service from organisations across the spectrum, the service I have received from those at ForeTwo has been nothing short of impeccable across the board. This includes the onboarding process, contract terms, illustrations for a variety of payment options, reliability of payments, straightforward documentation, salary sacrifice application and the regular payments to my chosen SIPP provider. In addition, all of my queries have been answered very promptly, no matter who has dealt with them.
I would like to thank Oli, Charlotte, Jake, Jo, Lynne and Ayshea in particular but my thanks extend to the whole team as, behind the scenes, I am sure that they have each had a hand in providing me with such a fabulous service.

I’ve obviously in the minority
I’ve obviously in the minority. I’ve only been able to speak to someone once, at the beginning of the process, a month ago, which wasn’t explained well at all. I’ve emailed 3 times asking for a call but no response. I’m the meantime they’ve taken £300 from my accounts in 5 weeks.

We understand that the software didn’t quite align with what you were looking for, and we appreciate your openness around that.
Regarding the fees — these represent two months of service across both of your businesses and are billed in advance, which is why you were charged upon joining and again the following month. These fees contribute to your full year of support and are outlined in your Letter of Engagement, with many services delivered later in the year.
We’re sorry to see you go, but we wish you all the very best for the future.

Great support, very efficient
I needed an umbrella company for some occasional post retirement consulting. ForeTwo made everything really easy and accommodated my needs in terms of pension contributions etc with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of efficiency. That consulting period has come to an end so I have stopped using ForeTwo but if I do any more in the future I'll be straight back to ForeTwo. Excellent service
