Football Experience Reviews

Very honest people with integrity. As a Canadian attending my very first Arsenal match one could imagine how difficult it might be to not only purchase tickets but the whole process as London is a very busy city. However throughout the whole process the company was very fair and very good in getting back to me as soon as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone, when they say they are 100% they’re not lying.

Great services, promt and very well comunications
100% i will buy from they again
Thanks

Very good and serious.. i recieved my ticket per Mail. The alwayes replied soon as i wrote in whatsapp

Football experience was cheaper than any other company for match tickets and gave me such good customer service. I explained to the employee Saad that I didn't live in London as the tickets were going to be sent a day before the match and Saad arranged for me to collect the tickets in London on the day off the match. Saad went out of his way to get a ln e-ticket to make things so much easier and I cannot complain about the seats at all as they were fantastic. I will definitely be using football experience again. The only thing is that I would give them a heads up if you're travelling to a city for a game and they will help you out through WhatsApp.

Went to Man U Barca game on Wednesday. Great experience with great atmosphere.
Got 4 tickets all together in south side.
Amazing view.
Easy pick up and drop off of tickets

Great customer service. They were very responsive and helpful.. They provided great seats.. i will purchase again from them!!

Perfect seat and the deliver the ticket before two days from the match👌🏻

Football experience provided amazing seats for Champions League’s game Barça vs. Lyon at the Groupama Stadium. Very difficult tickets to get and they made it super easy for us. Customer service was excellent, they contacted us the day of the game and made sure everything was ok. They also had the best prices from all the different websites I looked at. Will definitely stick with them for future games.

It was my first time dealing with Football Experience, I had a very specific preference for the 4 tickets that I purchased, and it was a very busy match (Manchester United vs Arsenal) . I was so happy that they provided me with exactly what I asked for and cheaper than all other websites and Twitter accounts that I had checked.
The tickets were delivered to our hotel around 24 hours before the match in an envelope with clear instructions, so we didn't have any issues with that.
Easily a 5 out of 5 experience, couldn't ask for more.

Always the best. And really trust worthy. Would recommend it for everyone.

Nice seats, good service Abd the most important that you get what you buy.

Purchased tickets for a Barcelona game on 22nd April, unfortunately the game has to be rescheduled due to the Copa Del Rey final. I emailed footballexperience.com and communicated with their online chat to request a transfer for another game.
Footballexperience telephoned me to explain the process of re-booking using a coupon code during the checkout process. Regular communication via whatapp and re-booked alternative tickets the same day.
Communication is the most important process and in my opinion footballexperience.com have delivered.
Looking forward to watching Barcelona v Valencia on 14th April.
