Very fast shipping. Real original Samsung flip cover tab. Perfect, except the invoice mention "black" as I ordered, I see it grey.

I ordered a replacement original battery for my watch, which they said would be delivered in 3 days. I placed the order about a week and a half ago. Not long after placing the order i received an email saying my order had been shipped and the tracking number. I was nicely surprised and i thought it was excellent service. I tried opening the tracking number but nothing was found. I assumed it was because it wasn't registered yet and later i'd get information. A week goes by and I still hadn't received it. I reached out to their support email address asking for information. It's been 4 days later and I still haven't heard back. The tracking number never worked. I emailed them again threatening to have PayPal refund me the money. I'll give them a call once they're open. So much time wasted already and it's not over.

== Update ==

Fonejoy replied to my email request for support providing a screenshot of the delivery service claiming it was already delivered and signed for (in this many words). I challenged them to prove that I had signed for it and they reached out to their delivery partner to obtain the signature image to corroborate. They told me to wait for that.

A few hours later, perhaps out of luck, the parcel was delivered! Turns out the delivery service used took the liberty to leave the package with a business owner next to my address without informing me nor Fonejoy about it (and what's worse, declaring that I had signed for it!). The business owner came looking for me and delivered the package. I got lucky this person was trustworthy and nice enough to go the extra mile.

I informed Fonejoy and recommended them to scold their delivery partner. All they had to say about this was "okay" (again, in this exact many words).

My shopping experience with FoneJoy it has been a pleasant one.
I was looking for a replacement battery for my LG smart watch. I ordered the wrong one by mistake, I contact FoneJoy by phone, I was offered a replacement or a refund, 2 day later I received a refund, and ordered the correct battery. I highly recommend FoneJoy to anyone who is looking for original spare parts for mobile phones and wearables (smart watches)

Chose to go direct to Fonejoy rather than using Amazon. Price was competitive, item turned up the next day.
