First time using this company. Unfortunately the wrong size of the glanol was sent. I contacted them and they were very apologetic and helpful. The original order was received the following day and as a goodwill gesture allowed me to keep the product sent in error. Cannot complain about that!

Unfortunately although the items were excellent they were not suitable to our requirements. There was no problem returning them and the refund was processed immediately.

I totally concur with Jayne’s review below. I too would rate them a zero if i could. What a shambles of a company. They sent out two plastic non-stick tea trays wrapped in flimsy cellophane. They were both cracked on arrival and I’ve returned them, albeit I had to pay additional postage as Amazon only refund the initial cost. I’ve approached Chabrias Ltd regarding covering the cost of returning the trays but to date they’ve refused. DON’T buy anything from this company- you’ll only end up regretting it. Amazon take note. Disassociate yourself from any dealings with Chabrias UK Ltd.

Currently have a dispute with this comany, stay clear!
Ordered two each of three separate items.... only one item received!
One item scribbled out on delivery enclosure note and one item substituted for a much lower value item of a different style!
No further correspondence received and no refunds to date.
I am giving the company chance to make this right before I take it up with my credit card company.

Refused online return, even though I offered to pay postage. Ouldnt even respond as they've blocked my emails. They have acted against consumer regulations, they have no company morals and clearly have no customer service intentions. Avoid at all costs.
