My order came damaged and they refused ti correct the problem said i didnt take out the insurance and have no ideal where i was even offered insurance came in a coffee mate bix with 1 missing and glass all inside the box and stunk to high heaven destroyed a box of 1 liquor bottle so decreased the valie on it

You're always a little apprehensive…
You're always a little apprehensive when dealing with a new company that you read about on Facebook. But after placing my order, they kept me informed on status of the order...which helped. When I received my bottle it was very well packaged. I also felt like the shipping cost wasn't necessarily out of line. I would buy from Folsom Wine & Spirits again!
