Love the hoodie. Small issue, waiting to hear from the company. Will update this review after.

The product is fantastic. I emailed the company ahead of time to get advice on the size to order and with the information on the replying email I order as your team suggested. Unfortunately, the Xl was too large. As helpful as your company was for me to make the exchange it was costly , over $26 for postage both ways.

Odd sizing, product not of expected quality since it wasn’t cheap. Hidden taxes after shipping.

I've been waiting for a new stock of bracelets to come in for a long time. There are some that I want but not my size. The bracelets are the reason I started buying from you.

It's quickly become my favorite shirt. especially when chilly out! Keeps me nice and warm and easy to care for too!

Horrible, son unos estafadores.

Months ago, i ordered 2 hats and they gave me a Legend Magazine as a gift (it was automatically included).
I received this order 1 month later, without the Legend Magazine (ok, who cares about it) + 20EUR fine for customs.

Then, today, after almost 3 month, i found a charge of 25EUR for my subscription to the Legend Magazine!!!!

I think this website is a completely scam!

I had to call my credit card customer service for blocking my card into their website.

I also tried to log in an i didn't find at all my PAYMENT SETTING! I never save my card into any website, i am very scrupulous. I don't know why they have been able to do it.

Stay AWAY from them!!

Ordered a hoodie and sweatpants of the same colour my first problem is they suggest sizing up which is completely wrong it was way too big almost impossible to talk to customer service I finally got an address to send it back to I had to pay for shipping they scam you buy always having a “discount” which is the real price of what they want they only do that so you can’t get a refund

Second time of ordering a heavy Alpaca Cloud hoodie and joggers, as son was so happy with his.

Paid by Apple Pay. No confirmation email though.

Emailed them and got a reply, quite quickly, with a tracking link, that didn’t work.
Items arrived a few days after that.

Both items are very comfortable and warm. I particularly like that the labels just pull off.

An amazing sweatshirt. It was delivered to me shortly after I ordered it.

Would rate zero if I could. Received the bracelet on 9/3 filled it with my parents ashes on 9/7 realized the braclet was gone because the magnets don’t stick. Now I am out of a bracelet as well as my parents ashes. Luckily I have buyer’s protection from my cc company. Reached out to legend with no response.

I ordered on 8/30 it is now 9/8. My package hasn’t been shipped, but I’ve been sent a review to fill out.

The site says same day shipping. My product shipped days later. I think 4. Why say this if you can’t do it?

Paying $12 to have a hoodie shipped from NY to CA that take 2 weeks to get to the recipient?

Product may be fine. I don’t know I still have not received my product. Garbage.

Delivery is fine they sent me a small hoodie I ordered XL and it's almost impossible to send for a return , l just recommend all to avoid this company

I ordered a hoodie and paid extra for fast shipping, yet it took almost two weeks and they still charged me for customs. Quality’s okay, but shipping and fees? Not worth the hassle!!

Loved my sweatshirts! Well made, runs a little small though.

They won’t allow returns for refunds! The customer service is terrible and takes days to respond (if they respond at all). Do not buy from this vendor!!!! It is a scam!

Communication with your customers about delivery and extra costs should go by personal email. Not via AI bots. Also, accepting money for items on the website that are not available is unfair. There is really a lot missing within your organization to deal with customers like this. Shame on you.
