3 weeks to get my product

3 weeks to get my product? I don't understand why when the site said 5 days. So haven't even received my order. It's supposed to arrive on the 24th when it was confirmed on the 6th. Why even pay the extra money for early confirmation?

I'm giving 2 stars because:
1. I paid for "VIP Processing - Ships Same Day". I want to give these a try before the weather gets too cold and see if they would be good stocking stuffers for the kids.
2. I was expecting a tracking number within 24 hours, but did not receive one. No biggie.
I emailed Follow Your Legend at the not easy to find email address for some info about tracking....we'll see what happens next.
Not a good start, but I am excited to try out my new stuff when it arrives.
