I met Kevin faili for removing bacteria formation near my tooth bones. Within short period of time he removed all bacteria deposits which was very hard and in many placed . He did a superb job. Thank you dr Kevin.

I had a deeply concerning experience with Dr. Ala Al Hamdani’s practice.
I attempted multiple times to book an emergency dental appointment through their online system due to severe tooth pain and visible infection. I never received any confirmation. The following morning, when I called to follow up, I was told there was no appointment and was explicitly advised not to come in, as they could not assist me.
Because of this, I had to find another clinic urgently. I was seen immediately elsewhere and diagnosed with a serious infection that required hospitalization.
Months later, I was shocked to receive an invoice from Dr. Ala Al Hamdani’s practice claiming I had missed an appointment and charging me a no-show fee. This is simply not true. I never received confirmation of any booking, and I was told directly by their staff not to come.
When I tried to resolve the issue, my calls were dismissed, and I was refused assistance in person.
