A great collection of plants and a large variety of choices.
The shipping was a bit longer than expected and the package wasn't perfect.
Unfortunately some leaves were rotten but overall all the plants were fine

Dear Donatella, if any of your plants arrived in an unsatisfactory state or if the shipping took too long (sometimes the customs in your country like to keep the packages for quite a while), you are always welcome to contact us and share your feedback directly, so that we get a chance to fix any issues that may have occurred. It is our responsibility to ensure you receive the products you purchased, even if a shipment delay occurs, so if there were any discrepancies, please let us know and we will do our best to fix it.
Packaging for shipment was inconsistent.
Careful packaging of all the plants was unfortunately missing. Some were packed carefully, while others were almost uprooted from the pot with most of the leaves crushed. The baby plants were the most precariously packaged, and one arrived completely dead. While customer care was quick to respond and gave me a full refund for the destroyed plants, it breaks my heart to see plants shipped so carelessly.

It goes completely against our interest too, if our customers are unhappy with what they have received. Unfortunately, accidents during shipping can happen, and all we can do then, is offer you a replacement or a refund, which we did. We hope you were able to keep most of the plants and that they recover.

Ordered to Sweden but unfortunately…
Ordered to Sweden but unfortunately both plants arrived in very poor condition due to inadequate packing and insulation. The plants themselves looked like they were super healthy when shipped, but the insufficient packing led to severe frost damage. The reason for 4 stars is the absolutely AMAZING customer service I recieved when contacting them, super fast, super friendly and accomodating. Was offered new plants or a refund. So, despite a first hickup - I will gladly order again.
