Everything went according to plan. Received tickets with booking reference the same day as I placed the order. Swift replies via e-mail when I had any questions.

In the end I am happy with Flysmarter. They have done what I asked them to do and are really fast in answering your emails. But you need to be very clear and explicit in what you want them to do. In rebooking tickets their first response is that you should do it yourself but if you push a bit they pick it up. And then they become remarkably fast!

Responding quickly when I wrote mail regarding my flight and made changes as I wished. Very happy to get response so quickly- wrote mail and everything were solved in 15 min.

They quickly helped me to change a booking because I had made a mistake on the dates.

All kudos to Flymaster in getting my cancelled flight tickets refunded from the airline long after the cancellation date. Moreover, it is the way they supported me. It was very swift, both online and via email, mostly the same day or shortly thereafter.

Paid 300kr ekstra for cancellation opportunity for the flight tickets, and now when i actually wanna cancel, you need to be deadly ill, before they will refund you your money. How is this not a scam?

Booked my ticket to India on-line and everything went smoothly incl. the payment.

I need handicap service at the Airports and within a very short time it was all arranged and I had an Email back that the service was confirmed.

I had my flight moved, and they were more than helpful with all my questions.

I received an email from flysmarter telling me that my flight was changed by Austrian Airlines so i had to travel one day earlier than originally booked.

I replied to them that i could not accept the change and asked them to contact the airline to book me on to a flight on the travel date i originally booked a flight on.
Within a couple of hours flysmarter confirmed that they succesfully had rebooked my flight to the correct date with Lufthansa instead of Austrian Airlines. No extra charge/payment for me!

Super service. Our return fligt from Washington to Billund was chances, so we would have had 9 hours in Frankfurt, bit they chances it, so we only have 1h 40 min, and even return to Billund 3 hours earlier than original scheduled 👍

We got our outbound flight cancelled after asking for the options to rebook some passengers. Nothing was ever confirmed and cancellation was never mention in the e-mail chain.

They cannot be reached by phone. Fortunately the airline itself could take action and fix the problem - but that was a lucky punch.

Never again will I use flysmarter and if I can avoid it 3rd parties for flight tickets.

We purchased tickets that had checked baggage on the return flights, but airline declined to accept our baggage because they didn't see it in our booking.

I had a flight changes for several times then I contact them to find me a better one and they sent me choices right away and solve the issue, they are very helpful I really appreciated it.

My daughter had to change her reservations and I wrote them a mail, they replied 10 minutes after, they changed her reservation without no problems and no extra fees.

We had to rebook our tickets. My son got sick and we could no fly as planned. I wrote Flysmarter if it was possible and they wrote back immediately, that is was.
We have been communicating a lot to find the right tickets and every time they would answer right away. I am very impressed. Have not experienced this with any other company like this.

Our flights were changed several times but Flysmarter helped us to get the flight back from Split that we wished for. The response also came pretty fast, so all in all a good experience for us to work with Flysmarter.:)
