If I could give a zero I would

Editing to respond to FlyHugz- I have checked every inbox/junk folder and there is no reply. Interesting as you have my email from the order and from my queries regarding the missing pillow. I believe it’s quite easy to get in touch with me and that the issue is you have not.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased the pillows under a BOGO sale and only recieved one pillow. Have tried to contact customer service multiple times via phone and email and have yet to receive a response over a week later. Have been ghosted. Do not trust this company!

I dont know why these would have…

I dont know why these would have negative reviews! I bought 2 for my husband and I and we both love them. They are comfortable and work great. Highly recommend! They shipped super fast too.

The website was easy and I think…

The website was easy and I think supporting small businesses is a great way to help them grow. I personally have not used the product since my trip is not until late August. I bought them early as I know from experience it takes a while to receive some orders.

I ordered 2 of these

I ordered 2 of these travel pillows and travelled with it to conclude it’s not that comfortable. The attachment part with Velcro has a scraping feeling around the throat area. Both my hubby and me will not be using these for any future travels. I had full confidence in your product and really thought it would have helped during our long Europe trip but sadly I can’t say that’s true.

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. I have pictures and communications where this company is just awful. My product came with a hole in it. I requested to return it. I paid for the return of their poor product and then the address they gave me fed ex would not deliver to because they said there was nothing there. I looked it up and there is no flyhugz there either. They stopped responding to facebook messenger as they obviously do not want to give me my money back. Terrible terrible company. Awful product itself as well, cheaply made. Order#451804

Terrible Customer Service

I wrote to the company because they processed 2 orders which I did not authorize. I only requested 1 pillow. There was no response, after multiple emails and several unanswered phone calls . I was charge for product I did not wish to have. Do not deal with this company, they have the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time.

I never received my item that states it…

I never received my item that states it was shipped and delivered June 5. I can not get through to anyone at customer service, the email given is not a valid email. I am afraid I have been scammed or site is not valid.
Update 6-12-26. I have emailed them three times with all the information and have left many messages with no response.
Update 6-13-26
I found through the Post Office my item was not delivered to the right address. My tracking number is attached to a completely different address than mine. I believe I have been scammed. I can not get through to anyone to discuss reimbursement. I have never been so frustrated in my life.

Great pillows and service

Great! I can't believe it. I ordered two pillows on may31 and they arrived tonight June 9th here in Vancouver Canada.The updates from ordering to shipping to delivery were really good.
The neck pillows are great, well made and feel so comfortable.

GREAT DESIGN!

This is an extremely well-made neck pillow, and the design is excellent
with a Velcro closure (that's plenty long enough), you can adjust exactly where you want to have it and it doesn’t move- I’ve been wearing it on top of my pillow in bed at night to give me the kind of feel that I really like and I can’t wait to use it when I’m in the air!
In the interest of being totally honest, I would say that the carry bag is an excellent thought but it’s too small. It’s really really difficult to get the pillow rolled up small enough so that you can get it in the carry bag. I probably won’t use the carry bag as a result.

Neck pain

I have neck pain still from a car accident. This pillow holds my neck good, except I do have to turn it with the thick part to the back for more support, Disappointed that the back does not have the same support as the sides. I use it at night when I watch TV it helps support my neck. I have not used for travel yet. The smell of the pillow is real bad so I don’t know I would take on a plane such an enclosed space.

Overseas trip may 10-26th

On three different flights, going and returning,, I slept really good. Fabric was soft. The support was exceptional, I even bought an extra one for a friend that travels every week..
