I never received my second pillow. I did the BOGO deal. Hopefully after numerous times falling Flyhugz and sending emails, my second pillow is on its way. At least I hope so.

The FlyHugz didn't work as advertised. On a 5-hour flight, I ended up with sore shoulders and a bad back. Therefore, I barely slept.

I just used my Flyhugz neck protector on a flight. It worked very well for me. If you are claustrophobic, you might find this uncomfortable, but it felt good & my neck does not hurt as it usually does.

I purchased the FlyHugz pillow after attempting to use a U-Shaped pillow for years. The FlyHugz pillow worked so much better! Less neck pain, no head bobbing and I know I got some rest with it. Although it rolls up tightly, I attached it to the outside of my backpack because it takes up room when I try to travel light.

I ordered because i have a long flight 23hrs i think its very fast to deliver and im waiting. I ordered june 1 or june 3.. my flight is june 19 I expected to recieve before my flight is coming but my expectation is nothing happen..im so very disappointed..and still didn’t received my order

I purchased these for our upcoming trip to Hawaii, so we haven't used them yet. The shipping was fast, and they were received in a matter of days, which is impressive considering we live in New Zealand. We are looking forward to having a comfortable sleep on our flight.

I am still waiting on my order # 451474 placed 5/28/26. I initially noticed that the mailing address you had was wrong (Tom Kueser Hilton Head, SC 29926, there was no street address). I emailed your company before it was shipped, gave them the correct address (Tom Kueser, 59 River Club Drive, Hilton Head, SC 29926) and I was emailed back from FlyHugz thanking me for the correct address. The first attempt to mail the package was sent back to you by USPS for nondeliverable mailing address; guess what, no street address. The right hand is not talking to the left hand. I just received an email today June 15, 2026 from FlyHugz stating that my order # 451474 has been delivered. NOTHING from FlyHugz was delivered today. If I am not going to get my order, just refund my credit card as this is not a good image for your company.

The main complaint I have is the Velcro is catching the trim and fraying when taking the collar off. Had to use glue to prevent more fraying. Other than that it works ok. A bit hot in the heat of summer but that is expected.

I ordered this as a gift and received notification it would be delivered on 6/2/26. It has yet to arrive and there has been no response to my email inquiring about its status. The additional shipping protection was obviously not worth it. I have lost faith in any online shopping that originates on IG or anywhere other than established shops and businesses. This is the third item ordered from new businesses that has never arrived.

i bought the pillows and used them and did not like them as they were too big for my small wife. The company does not answer your emails. They said no question returns and money back guarantee but if you want to return anything it must be unused and you pay for shipping. How can you judge a product unless you use it.The company is a fraud. Just because you are a small company doesn’t give you the right to make one warranty claim on the first page and lie about it on the back page. Also on your every reply you say answer emails. You lie about that too on every review. Everyone can’t be wrong about you not answering. Best thing is not to buy from you.
