Waited 50 mins for pickup.
Got left behind by the first shuttle which turned up in 20 minutes. When we called we were told another one was on our way , it would be there in 10 mins. Waited another 30 minutes and the same driver turned up again, so they only have one shuttle in operation. Do not use if you have kids, or need to get somewhere on time.
Disappointed
Got charged $100 for 24 hours parking. They said it’s school holidays and there’s not much parking around. So we had to take what we could get. Disappointing they chose to take advantage of the parking shortage and charged their customers such a ripoff price. I always have had a good experience with flyaway and have used their service for years. But am really disappointed at them for taking advantage of what they said was a ‘busy period’ and over charging. Not good integrity or customer care.

We have parked with flyaway for two…
We have parked with flyaway for two years multiple times…. Had a fabulous experience until this year… they wrecked our Cadillac.. someone drove it into a wall… it’s been over two months and no communication… think twice before parking with them!! We heard from them and they will not acknowledge responsibility!!!

They lie with the rate
They lie with the rate, the app charges you and they receive the car knowing how it was reserved, then they don't tell you anything until you go to pick up your car :::"surprise" , the app gave you an incorrect price and you have to pay the balance and its very disrespectful attention to charge, definitely I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE…
NOT RECOMMENDED…. Better attention and less expensive are the parking lots of the hotels in the area (they also have transportation to the airport).
Very disappointing Service
Very disappointing that I arrived at the flyaway lot at Nashville to be told they were full and that the reservation that I had made on-line was no longer good. Very unprofessional to be told when I arrive at the Lot, that a reservation made on line was not valid. Also, the lady running this 3 ring circus was very rude and accused me of running through the gate, which was open! Definitely will find a new place to park due to this experience and not a way to treat any customer, let alone one that has patronized your business for 12 years.

The worst 'Meet and Greet' company that I have used. They were rude and hung up on me when I complained about having to wait so long to get our car (but it appears that we got off lightly with a 1.5 hour wait).
3 Older ladies had their car returned just before us with the whole of the rear offside of their car stoved in, the female driver tried to run off before they could get to the car but, luckily, they caught her and then asked her to get her manager on the phone, which she appeared to do and then she disappeared, which is exactly what the guy who seemed to be in charge in the car park did 10 mins before the delivery of this smashed up car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Returned 3 days ago and have only just recovered enough to write this. On arriving they couldn’t find my keys and after waiting for 2 hours they told me I needed to take a cab home (3 hours away) and they would bring my car to me the next day! Are you joking?! After a lot of shouting and a good dose of female emotions my car appeared. The seats were fully reclined, the heating was at full blast (in September) and the auto lights had been turned to off. Also footprints in both front and back seats. You don’t need to be a genius to work out that they slept in my car with the heating on, whilst charging their phone (they left the phone charger as a present!). Horrendous. I feel completely violated. They are a bunch of crooks.
Gatwick parking worst ever
Gatwick - drop off - luckily I called them at the 30 mins before arrival time as I was told to take the car to another terminal. They hadn’t informed me. It seems they do this to most people. The reason they give is there is a car blocking the car park or the car park is closed. Collection was awful . Lots of people waiting 2-5 hours. The bloke in charge sat on his car bonnet (it seems this is their office) pretending to be interested but doing nothing. If you call the number you just get told it will arrive in 10 mins which of course it doesn’t. Some people found their number had been blocked if they kept calling.
One couple found their car hadn’t even been taken out of the drop off area and had a £450 ticket charge to pay. Another bloke had been waiting for 4 hours and told they couldn’t find his car. Another said that 110 miles had been racked up on the mileage. My car was returned in an hour (I was lucky) but was completely covered with sand - I had to clean the windscreen to see out. The inside was filthy too. Radio station messed with.
I will most definitely not be using this company again.

Echoing the recent reviews. Today after about an hour of waiting for my car to be dropped off I found that it was in the exact same spot I left it- car park security then confirmed using my number plate that it had never left the short stay car park. When I was calling the company they kept telling me a driver was on the way with my car (even though it was literally right in front of me) and then hanging up. The guy was then shouting/swearing down the phone and blocked my number. The kind car park security lady called him for me from her number but he kept hanging up on her after giving different answers. Eventually after over 2hrs in the car park a random guy turned up with my keys, gave me the ticket I got from a week ago and told me to pay the full amount and then claim a refund. So I was stuck with a £315 car park ticket to get out of the barriers, with no way of knowing if I'll even get the money back. Also the guy on the phone was very rude /verbally abusive at times
During the 2 hrs there were about 6 other people experiencing the same issues or worse - one man was told his car could not be dropped off today and to come back tomorrow! And every single customer was getting stuck with an exit fee of £200-£500

Absolutely disgusting experience
Absolutely disgusting experience. I echo 100% those reviews before me. I waited over 2 hours for my car. When I called over 13 times I was told I was a “stingy b——h” for only paying £35 for my parking - so what did I expect? I was told I needed a psychiatrist when I complained that I had been told I would wait 30 mins and I was still waiting an hour and a half later. I was told to go to the North terminal when I went to drop my car off as the South terminal was “closed”….alarm bells were ringing then. During my 13 attempted calls, as well as being verbally abused, I was hung up on at least 5 times. It is utterly appalling that these “people” are still allowed to operate.
Check what you leave and your fuel gauge and mileage
On leaving the car we were told to meet at south to drop off but this was changed when we rang to north terminal being told that south terminal was closed so had the hassle of getting back to south having not allowed for this in our timings Just returned landed at 20:40 by the time we collected our luggage we made the call at 9pm went to the orange carpark level four to wait as requested was met with someone who had already been waiting an hour and half of her party had been asked to go to north terminal she said when she dropped off she was also told south terminal was closed a few days before ? It seems they tell everyone this ! , we eventually got the car after an hour , and when we set off the can of monster that my husband left in the car knowing it’s a late return and we have a 6hour drive ahead had been stolen! All the charging ports had other plugs in his phone stand had been moved and much less fuel in it than when we left it, feels like they’ve been using it definitely won’t be using them again
Good if you like mud
Initial pick up / delivery of the car was good. Although not the clearest.
Not happy with the state of my car once it was returned. Gave it to them clean and freshly washed. Picked it up covered in mud (and I mean covered, roof to every wheel) and the footwell was also covered in mud. Avoid.
Appalling service
Appalling service. Over 90 minute delay in returning my car, to which they would not give us any updates so we had to keep contacting them just to find out what is going on. Despite giving them 45 minutes notice and telling them in advance when we would land and when to expect us. I would not recommend.
Absolutely shocking company and…
Absolutely shocking company and customer service. I would give these a wide berth. As other reviews we waited over 2 hours for the return of our car. We called numerous times for an update to be told each time the car had been dispatched and was 5-7 mins away!! It never was 5-7 mins away and when we questioned why they had said that each time they became abrupt, rude and hung up on us.
I emailed once home for a refund but surprisingly I’ve not even had the courtesy of a reply nor apology.
Do yourself a favour and use another company with decent reviews.
