In general the experience and communication with Ella was excellent. Being my first experience with Fly Business I must confess I was skeptical about achieving the Flight arrangements at a discounted price without issues or surprises, hidden fees or any other kind of problem. So Far so good, I confirmed the flights, can now see them in my American Airlines website and AADVANTAGE account, seats assigned, Record Locator confirmed etc. I hope we will be able to have this vacation and come out of it without any problem that may change my perception and opinion of this service you provide. But I promise that at the conclusion of my trip if everything goes well I will be more than willing and happy to do a follow up review and keep using your services for all my future International Flights

I worked with my travel agent, Eric Zimmerman who did an excellent job booking my flight and assisting with my travel itinerary. I rarely give perfect scores, but Eric truly exceeded expectations.

Mario Rossi did a great job helping us book our flights for an international trip to Germany to visit family. However, due to a medical emergency we had to cancel the trip.
