Fluent money are brilliant

Fluent money are brilliant. It’s my second time getting a loan with them in 3 years. They have a fantastic app platform which makes sending documents back and forth very easy. They go above and beyond with their working hours and always keep you in the loop with everything as it progresses down to the minute. I will continue to use fluent money for all my booking needs. Thank you team fluent! Special call out to Mason and Stephen helping me with my secured loan for £20k!

I had a really positive experience

I had a really positive experience, kept me up to date with my account every step of the way . I Really like how they have an app which I can see the progress and I can communicate with my advisors directly. Massive thank you to Chris and Danielle who have worked wonders on securing me a mortgage for my first house. The daunting process of buying my first home was made so simple!

I would highly recommend any shift workers or NHS staff!

Fluent did a great job of finding me a deal other brokers couldn’t. This met my current need of borrowing more whilst reducing my monthly payments for a fixed term. Shannon and Leah kept on top of the process including my stupidity with technology. Would use again

Couldn’t recommend fluent money more

Couldn’t recommend fluent money more!
Joshua Kirkman and Ross Manning were both super helpful explained everything thoroughly, answered fast and kept us in the loop the full process. We felt well taken care of and everything was easy to understand. Made the process of getting our first mortgage a lot easier. Thank you all again !

Range them on off chance they could…

Range them on off chance they could arrange remortgage as im self employed, wasn't a problem, Anna searched and got back to me with a great deal the same day.
After agreeing Joe took over to follow everything through.
Excellent service from Anna and Joe and fluent.

2nd successful re-mortgage with Fluent

This is the second time Fluent Money has dealt with a re- mortgage for me. First time 5 years ago and now when my fixed term was due to end. Great service, clear comms, questions answered and followed up. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

From the start we have been given the best and most thorough support from Michael. He was so helpful, explained everything clearly and gave sound advice. We felt in good hands with him and nothing was too much for him. He was brilliant with explaining everything and stayed in tough regularly. Thank you for a first class service Michael, we appreciate it.
We were then handed over to Callum who also couldn't do enough for us and was brilliant at keeping us abreast of the situation. His support was fantastic too and we could not have asked for 2 better people to help us.
Thank you, Callum.
We will return to Fluent in due course and look forward to working with Michae and Callum in the future.
A fantastic service and great role models for the company.
We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using these guys.

Dominic and Angel ❤️

This is the 2nd time that we have used Fluent for assistance with a mortgage, personal and business. I can only say what a Fantastic service! Dominic was our mortgage advisor and Angel was our case manager. Dominic preserved with us each time the surveyor failed the valuation, managing to find the right mortgage for us. Our details where then passed over to Danielle. She left the department and Angel took over. I’m so relieved that she did (no disrespect to Danielle) For weeks/months we struggled with the lender and solicitor, communication was poor with both. Angel would keep in regular contact, and I didn’t know I could use their assistance and support- my fault as this was most properly explained but we became stressed with the surveyor and rejection. Then Angel got in touch with us again last week and I explained the difficulties we were having with the lender and solicitor. Angel soon sorted this, her name is what she is, an Angel. She took the stress away completely! Angel had various contacts, and used these to sort every thing for us. Within a matter of only four days, she had got us a completion date. I don’t think we would have honestly got through it all without her, and would have most definitely been in the same situation we were-stressed, disappointed, frustrated and disheartened.
I don’t know how to say thank you enough. Don’t be in two minds about spending the money for the service at fluent, it’s so worth it and much more. If you get Dominic and Angel, don’t worry you’re in good hands.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Support provided by Daniel (Mr Daniel Newhouse, Senior case manager) was outstanding. He always provided update on daily basis, through app/ email/ text message and phone call, supported me in providing all relevant documents. He genuinely considered my difficulties, personal circumstances and my financial needs. He introduced the right lender to me and secured the loan offer without delay. Secured the loan for the requested amount with affordable monthly payments. He is approachable, always responded promptly. I’m struggling for words to express my gratitude to him.
I’m also thankful to Elise, advisor, for her excellent support and all the Fluent money team.
I highly recommend Fluent money for any financial needs related to mortgage or loans.

Paul Lastra and Angel Thomas

Paul Lastra and Angel Thomas have been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our mortgage journey. Even if I missed their call, they would always follow up with an email or message to keep me updated. If I couldn't reach them by phone, they always called me back. Fantastic customer service throughout!

James and Elaine were absolutely…

James and Elaine were absolutely fantastic! Managed to secure a lower interest rate on my mortgage just as they started to increase. They were very efficient and helpful. They took all the stress out of the mortgage process very easy and straight forward! Can’t recommend them enough thank you!

Highly recommend

My credit was really bad so I didn't expect to be able to get a remortgage, but fluent took on my case and found me a lender. Kaitlyn who was my case manager was very thorough and kept me up to date with everything throughout the process. Its also very handy to have the app where all documents and messages are in the one place. I highly recommend fluent money.
