Received a pack of buttons, but a few were not working well, I got a rapid response to my inquiry and quickly got shipped new replacement ones.

Not only do the speak up buttons work well there seems to be unlimited support in online resources as well as different courses and mentoring opportunities. I dove right in and took both the complimentary Boot Camp and the Let's Get Them Pressing course. I was astounded at Ashley's knowledge and the quality of her lectures and the lesson materials. I had hesitated to pay 150 for the course but it is worth twice that. Within the course you have a cohort of other humans and learners that is invaluable. If it were not for my instructor and fellow classmates I might not have stuck with the foundation building and modeling and would have not chosen buttons that had the greatest chance of success. All of it paid off at the end of the course when my poodle, Navy, finally pushed her first button intentionally. Just as we learned, after that it has been very quick to introduce new buttons. I have also attended some of this company's complimentary mentoring sessions and found them to be extremely useful. Fluent Pet is more than just a company selling plastic buttons, it is a dedicated community and a global movement.

terrible products, the buttons keep breaking and breaking, I had to replace all of them twice, they use batteries in a few weeks, this is not normal, and the buttons are very expansive for what they are.
They have a terrible customer service, rude as hell, and they refuse to admit they products are falty
Edit: I have been told by your customer service I will not have any button change anymore, why should I contact you again then?
Edit 2 : yep that company is a joke see their answer if you want a proof people, they product are expansive and die in a few month, so you'll have to keep buying and buying and buying, I gave them more than 300€ and everything in unusable now. I'm considering legal actions
Edit 3 : they keep removing bad reviews,they don't want to let potential customers see how bad their products are

I placed an order with a 10% discount and right after, I got an email for 15% discount. I know it's not a big difference but in these times you save everywhere you can. I contacted customer service and in less than a day they reviewed the email I received and honored the 15% discount. Pam was kind and understanding and I really appreciated her taking the time to review and address my claim. This company is honest and upstanding and one that I will continue to do business with and recommend.

This had been an incredible journey teaching my dog to communicate with the Fluent Pet buttons. Had some difficulties transitioning to Connect buttons, but the support via the app was excellent. I’ve taken the bootcamp and an advanced class as well and that was priceless, highly recommend.

Taking this class gave me more that I expected. I learnt so much about dog and cat behavior that not only helps with buttons but also understanding my learners at a larger scale. Ashely was INCREDIBLY knowledgable, gracious, patient, interesting and the best teacher! I feel very lucky to have met her and learnt from her.

The teacher is excellent and while I understand it is important to learn the basis of communication, how to motivate my learner to press buttons and how to prepare myself as a teacher, I would have liked more emphasis on specific ways to teach different words and concepts.

I thoroughly recommend the Lets get them pressing class offered by FluentPet with Ashley Evenson! It was overall GREAT experience and I learned so much! Her passion and knowledge in all things animal behavior and communication was very apparent throughout the class and I founder excitement for the content contagious. The class went over larger concepts but individualized feedback was also provided and sincerely invaluable! I look forward to starting the next advanced class in July! (The only reason I didn't take the one in May is its the same night as our local AKC Canine Good Citizen class - and I seriously cannot wait til July!) It truly takes your investment in the buttons and your learner to the next level!

Although pricey, the classes are the best way to get the most out of your button purchase. Fluent Pet has invested in great teachers to help your "learner" use the buttons and teach the humans the best way to encourage them to use them. I am so grateful for the classes and resources from Fluent Pet! They also provide lots of discount codes to help offset a lot of the costs. If this is an investment you are thinking about, go all in, you won't regret it!

I recently completed the Let's Get Them Pressing course with Ashley and it was a wonderful experience. We had button out in our home for a while but were unsuccessfully teaching our learner more than 1 or 2. During the course, we learned so much about animal behavior and what techniques allow us to communicate better. Ashley was very knowledgeable and the course content was better than we could have imagined. We feel confident to teach our learner new buttons and continue making progress.

I have an 8 month old, 11 lb GoldenDoodle, who literally chewed this apart within 30 minutes of me introducing the mat and buttons to him. He is not a chewer ‘yet’, and hopefully won’t become one, but I couldn’t imagine what a large dog or an aggressive chewer could do to this flimsy product!

I'm very grateful for Pam's support when I needed help... The shipping to Belgium had some problems... What haven't anything to do with FluentPet...it was the Belgian deliver company who doesn't read addresses very well..

The customer service team has been so helpful!! I have the connect system and it was acting up but they contacted me back quickly when I used the contact us form. Just had a video call with a team member and he spent so much time helping me troubleshoot the system - I didn’t feel rushed and it ultimately worked!
We’ve been using the connect system since the release and have loved it.
Zero (my learner) is very thankful she can go back to bossing me around.

Customer Service team was helpful, kind, and responded quickly! Love the buttons for my cat, she is so great at using them. Definitely recommend for your cat or small dog, but they are a little delicate so be careful not to break them!
