#000874469 - Flowers left on the street and "lost"
I am beyond disappointed with the service from FLOWERBX. I ordered a premium arrangement (£105) for delivery on March 21st, expecting the high-end experience they advertise. Instead, the delivery driver abandoned the flowers on the doorstep in a high-traffic pedestrian area without even attempting to hand them to the recipient.
Predictably, we believe the package was stolen. When I reached out to resolve this, the customer service response was dismissive, asking me to "reconfirm delivery instructions".
To be clear: when you pay a premium for a luxury supplier, delivering to the actual recipient rather than leaving a perishable gift on the street is a fundamental expectation, not a "special request." Their lack of accountability and failure to provide a basic delivery service is unacceptable.
I am still waiting for a full refund for a product I never received. Save your money and go elsewhere if you actually want your flowers to arrive.
Good Service
It was really confusing, the virtual gift card was asking me to put in a physical address originally. The help desk responsed right away thankfully.
Prestige flower subscription is awful
I have signed up to the “prestige” subscription which is £80 a week. The first delivery were lovely but the second one was only 14 stems of the type of flower you could buy in your local Tesco for £10. Crazy
Zoe from FlowerBX is an absolute and beautiful 🌟
Zoe is the most wonderful person I've had the pleasure engaging with.
Can't remember dealing with such a lovely person than Zoe, she deserves everything and more from FlowerBX.

I paid £55.00 for Flowers which arrived on Friday 17th October at 4.55 and by the 19th October flowers were dieing going black and buds not opening. I messaged the customer service and I was asked to provide pictures of which I have today I asked for an update with no reply. Customer Service terrible they get your money and offer no service.
Think hard before you use this company and let go off your hard earned money.
They make a gorgeous gift!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - NON DELIVERY
If I could I would award zero. I ordered 30 roses on 19th July for delivery today for my daughter's 30th birthday. The confirmation says I will be contacted on day to confirm time of delivery and again when delivered. I have received nothing and have emailed customer services (a supposed 4hr turnaround time for response) and have heard nothing. I have tried 2 more times. Of course no phone number. To say I feel disappointed would be an understatement and I expect a full refund when I can eventually get through to someone. My daughter requested I use you as she loved your flowers - how disappointing. UPDATE they arrived but very disappointing - very tired looking roses

Wonderful quality flowers
Wonderful quality flowers. Ordered some grape delphinium which I normally try to find the odd bunch at M&S, but kept missing out so decided to just treat myself to FLOWERBX ones and they were just out of this world, the size, colour, absolutely magnificent stems. Everyone complimented them. Excited to try the blue ones, and hydrangea now that summers in full swing. Some options are dear, but you certainly get what you pay for. Thank you FLOWERBX.

Always have a great experience from FLOWERBX, had some roses that sadly wilted in the heat and they were replaced without issue and were perfect and the peonies I’ve since received bloomed wonderfully and lasted a while too considering they are short- lived as cut flowers go. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.
If you’re sending flowers as a gift and expect them to impress — you may want to think twice.
I’ve been a regular FLOWERBX customer, but unfortunately, the quality has been getting worse with each order.
What you see on their website — stunning, lush bouquets — is not what you receive. My latest orders looked nothing like the pictures. One bouquet appeared to be made from leftover stock: uneven flower sizes, wilted petals, and some buds that never even opened. It honestly looked like something picked from a garden bed past its prime — definitely not worth £50.
It’s disappointing, especially from a brand that positions itself as premium. Customers trust the images and pricing to reflect quality. Instead, I feel misled.
I reached out to customer support, and while they responded, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than truly addressed.
If you’re sending flowers as a gift and expect them to impress — you may want to think twice.

Awful company and organisation - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - the only thing worse than their flowers is their customer service

Ordered some flowers for a friend following a bereavement - they didn’t deliver them despite paying £10 for next day delivery, and in the comments it just said “didn’t deliver for some reasons”. They then have no details on what happens next, and I’ve emailed them twice and they haven’t replied. Meanwhile I’m sure the gorgeous £100 bouquet we ordered is rotting somewhere, and our friend thinks we don’t care about her! Shockingly disappointing.

I ordered a large high end bouquet as a xmas gift for a client. With shipping it cost £180. When I later got to see the actual bouquet that Flowerbx sent, it was at least half the size and substance of the arrangement in the picture that I based my purchase on. Really bad false advertisinfg. There was a fraction of the number of blooms and far more ‘filler’. When I emailed Flowerbx to express my dissatisfaction, I was offered a partial refund as a ‘gesture’. After more than 3 weeks, the refund had still not been actioned so I was forced to contact them again to say ‘Where’s my refund?’ At which point they actually began the refund process.
All very well getting some money back, but it does nothing to remedy the fact that I really wanted to wow this person with an exceptional bouquet, but instead they got something a bit unimpressive.

they have a workspace at the los angeles flower market.. no real florist is working there dont get bias by the images... flowers will never arrive in such conditions they litterallt scout the flower market for left overs... be careful of non florist owning online flower shop..
So-so
Quality massively fluctuates! I’ve had a number of regular subscriptions (tulip, rose & classic) with this company and found the quality to be changeable, sadly. Flowers sometimes arrive looking distinctly sad but I must compliment customer services who always reply on email and resend new flowers in a timely manner. Hydrangeas are not cheap but have consistently been excellent.
Today, my most recent subscription has arrived and feels very lazy indeed as I’ve received exactly the same flowers I was sent a few months ago and absolutely not the ‘seasons best’ as they proclaim. Plus received a small bouquet when a large subscription has been paid for. All quite tiresome having to email again….
