I have called for a heating system issue that was keeping the house cold and although it says on the site that the "Typical Emergency Call-out time: 60-90 minutes" and I was promised an engineer in about 2 - 3hours ( that was between 12 and 14 that day ) - quite promising, the engineer postponed the job until the next morning.

Arrived at 10:00 o'clock, cleaned a filter and speculated on some other operations that would be necessary but he would not perform as he could not get in contact with the dispatcher to get a quote and just cashed GBP 150 and that was it, that system left in the same state as before. I've got no call back.

Called another engineer through British Gas backed service - local heroes, who was actually gas safe certified, came, dismounted the pump checked it and performed plenty other operations which I would expect a heating technician to be prepared.

I was extremely impressed with Flow Emergency, they're probably the best plumber I've ever used. They arrived extremely promptly and didn't leave until the problem was fully solved. The plumber also pointed out other issues I needed to attend to beyond what I asked. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

This is an update on my earlier review. A week after Flowemergency fixed the gas leak it re-occurred, and my gas was made safe by SGN so I had not hot water or heating.
I did not contact Flowemergency because I felt it must be the appliance that was faulty, it was not. Instead flowemergencey has failed to spot that the gas piping was unsupport, unsafe and slightly damaged. I asked for my money back because I had lost confidence is flowemergencey. The gas engineer put down the phone on me and the company call handler did not answer my calls even when I sent a picture of the faulty gas pipes as he requested.
I still did not have my money back and until last night I had no gas hob, heating or hot water.

We had problem with our boiler which it was last night on Saturday and there was no hot water and no heating and thanks for these lads that they came so quick and fix the issue immediately!!

Great service heaters went down around 11pm called them and a guy called Matt came within the hour Checked what was wrong and the next day ordered the part and fitted it in

Woke up Saturday morning to a blocked toilet.Tried various method's with no success.
Called Flow Emergency and 2 friendly guys were at my house within a few hours.

Took the guys around 30 mins to unblock as they said toilet,sink and bath were all blocked.

We must have blocked it up good!😁😁.

I've had serious issues during the night about leaking pipe and fixed immediately after calling this company.

I needed to change a mixer tap and called this company. They were really helpful, polite and flexible and a plumber turned up in the evening. Work carried out satisfactorily and all rubbish cleared. Costs are low and unbeatable prices. Would definitely recommend.
