I was working at the fair in lake city and I was interested in the massage chairs and they are awesome and I would recommend getting one. I truly believe I’m going to talk my husband into getting one I love it.

We are extremely glad that we saw these massage chairs at the Home Show. After trying it out, we just have to get one (Galaxy model). It is well made, comfortable, different functions and we can have our massages anytime of the day. I used to go to massages once every 3 weeks, now this chair pays for itself and conveniently accessible in the comfort of my own home. I highly recommended it if you are looking for a well-made massage chair. Service is top of the line too.

I really enjoyed purchasing this chair from the beginning with Molly at the fair selling it to me all the way to the two men that installed it. Geo and Ron were fantastic movers and we're willing to help me with anything I needed to get it in my house. They gave me a full review of the chair and never had a problem of me asking questions. I tried the chair in the store and the sales person was extremely patient. I must have tried every setting the chair had. After almost an hour trying out the chair and trying to talk myself out of spending that kind of money, we’ll let’s just say I have the chair in my home and it was worth every penny I paid for it. I did get the high end model and do not regret it. Don’t get me wrong the lower end models were good but they got better with succession. My family loves the chair and it gets used a lot. Thanks to Florida Brand my back feels much better and my feet and hands do not tingle as much. The chair has made a change in my life that I really needed. I recommend their chairs wholeheartedly!

I have tried a lot chairs, and this one is the best massage chair ever, I love the Galaxy 4D , I love deep tissue massage, and it is really feel like massage therapist , and customer service is awesome , they are so friendly answer all my questions.

Not like other brand, Floridian very professional, friendly and helpful. The salesman is very nice and patiently answered our questions and did not forced me. And when they delivered the chair, they explain to me very nicely and patiently. And the chair is awesome. Thank you Floridian.

Ron and Gio did an amazing job. Robert responded to me as well in a timely manner. They were able to fix my problem with my chair being moved and losing some parts of it. Ron and Gio took care of it right away. I was very happy with the company and their customer service they provide me. 10/10 experience!!

My wife and I are very happy with the massage chair. It offers multiple msssage options and suits our needs.

Very happy about my purchase. It is like a private masseuse and use i use it every day. Unfortunatley I am 6"2" so it is a tight fit for us taller people. If I were any larger it would not be a good fit.

I waited a couple months to review my massage chair, make no mistake it is a massage!! From the low pressure informative point of sale to the “white Glove” delivery this company was fantastic and the chair is, well, fantastic!! I have no reservations about recommending this company for a real quality product, communication & delivery process.

The massage chairs are great! I have tried both massage parlors and some other cheaper products, none of them come close to what these products can do. While massage parlors offer a more gentle hands on experience, these chairs offer an unparalleled level of intensity that perfectly targets my muscles and gives me the relief that I need. Upon entering the supermarket “MD oriental market” where these chairs were on display, I saw a couple of other gentlemen using the chairs and they looked so comfortable that I just had to try it myself. I am very glad that I did. The salesman also did a fantastic job presenting and explaining the product and pricing. I really valued my experience, could certainly see myself using one of these chairs at home, and will certainly be spreading the word about them.

This Company I have outstanding experience my massage chair was not working properly I txt Mr Robert/company I told him what’s going on… and few days later had someone come to my house to look a it and they said have a problem with wiring in they have to fix it in the warehouse… :( But good thing about it they gone fix it for free ❤️but the best thing Mr Robert/ company they loaned my another massage chair for temporary use when I waited my Massage Chair to be fixed😁😁😁I’m very happy and satisfied customer

Brandon and Kendrick came to do the annual maintenance on our chair this past weekend. It was truly a very professional and thorough visit. They brought padded sheets and laid our chair carefully on its side in order to gain access to areas that needed lubrication. After job was done they put chair exactly back where it was and cleaned the floor around area where they worked on the chair. We love our chair and are very pleased that they have professional people working for them.
