I've only been using the product for less than 2 weeks, so still undecided as to whether it is being beneficial or not. I'll continue using it, as I feel the potential benefits are there.

I used to always have restless legs every night and couldn’t sleep. I’ve been using the seven minerals, magnesium oil, spray and lotion on the bottom of my feet and I have slept every night since really love this stuff it does work. I will keep ordering in the near future. It does dry your feet out a little bit, so I’d advise using some lotion.

I love seven minerals products. Honestly I was using a popular brand product, but I am glad I tried seven minerals. I love them.

I buy so many "natural remedies" to be disappointed. This is one that has EXCEEDED my expectations. I put it on my ankles everyday where I have perhaps mild varicose veins and it makes them less pronounced. I put it on my shoulder that hurts during every monthly occurrence and I don't have to take ibuprofen. I've been having stomach pains recently and I tried it on my stomach and it stopped the cramping immediately for several hours. Some days it irritates my skin a little then I just mix it with a moisturizer other times it causes no irritation. My husband and I are on our third bottle and it is my first go to for any bodily pain. I haven't purchased ibuprofen in the last year because the magnesium spray makes the pain tolerable, or just stops it for hours.I tried a different brand and it did nothing. There's something really great about this magnesium spray and I am so thankful to have found it!

I have terrible insomnia. I do notice I am sleeping somewhat better. I am not waking up as much to go to the bathroom either. I would buy again

The magnesium oil is high quality and very effective for muscle cramps and restless foot.

My adventure with SevenMinerals began during the Christmas holidays. I strained the musels in my neck; my hairdresser introduced me to the Pure Magnesium Oil. From the very beginning everyone has been helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. The products are AMAZING! The Castor Oil is improving the appearance of my skin and as a rough and tumbled 57 yr old my skin has taken a beating over the years. It tightens my skin in the thigh area and loose skin in the neck area. I apply it at night. And as a bonus is deeply moisturizes the skin. The Magnesium Oil after 32 years of severe insomnia and more recently sleep apnea poor sleep was slowly killing me and I failed the CPAP. Who wouldn't share something that could help people in similar situation to myself?
