Had a fantastic experience when ordering with floor street. I spoke to Sean who arranged my flooring and put this in storage till I needed it. It’s difficult to store materials when you’re renovating a whole house so I really appreciated it. Sean was fast and efficient in responses to me and above all very polite.

We got our carpet and stairs runner yesterday and we’re very happy with our purchase. Davinder (Dava) has been very helpful with the items we wanted and answered our questions professionally without being too pushy. It was particularly helpful for us being able to exchange messages through WhatsApp as we got info quicker and we were able to phone him if needed. Thanks for the great service.

After searching various websites for laminate flooring and adding some to my basket, I was contacted by email by Sales Rep Davinder asking if he could help me further as noticed I hadn't completed my order. I thought this was such a lovely touch. Davinder was really helpful in helping me choose my flooring and gave me the confidence to purchase through Floor Street. Outstanding service and support, highly recommend.

Really happy with the price, the website was super easy to shop too. Love that they can store the floor which makes it easy whilst we are renovating!!

Amazing! Ordered 60 square metres and due to us deciding last minute that we wanted to also do our utility room as we loved the floor so much along with the quality being outstanding.We last minute needed one extra box. I rung up and spoke to Lemar and asked if it could be delivered asap, he made sure it was next day delivery. He was professional and super helpful. Really highly impressed with Lemar’s customer service. A credit to the company and shows that floor streets staff prioritise customers.
