Very good and so easy to use

Not an expert in editing videos and just needs some videos for my business. Turning texts to videos and using AI to turn static images to a moving picture is something that I am totally impressed with. Of course, AI is still not perfect but Flixier allows me to generate a video based on my site's articles for a fraction of the time I used to do before

Flixier is a smooth site that has a cleaner UI than most other editing sites I have used.

I worked on my video project for 3 days and now I have to pay 21 euros to do anything with it, download it or upload it 😭

They should have told me so i would have known that I can not download any video over 10 minutes. Because my 3 days work for my school project is just sitting there stuck inside their twisted website and I failed the project because I could not download it and submit.

The website is essentially just a trap to get money out of you.

I 'am always editing small videos and Flixier is really efficient for the lenght until 30 to 40 seconds. Perhaps one of the most efficient SAAS. After Flixier is honestly really smart in term of invoicing. It is basically impossible to turn of your subscription. And when you think you did, You can trust Flixier's malice to resign for six more months. It's really well done. Plus, it's so well done that it doesn't fall into the trap of editing the great slow motion that your iPhone offers. And so to understand that this is what's causing your image to crash, good luck. Flixier is definitely a tool essentially for anyone who wants to spend sleepless nights and pay into the void.

I love how they give free more than 1gb storage for free users and its very easy and kind of smooth to use, its actually a pretty good web for editing :D

Tons of options for transitions and lets you upload audio and video

i had some bugs that need to test there api's but the total experience good it's ain't ugly I LIKE IT!!

This is a nice tool for Video editing, same for Audio as well. I would definitely recommend this tool.

I was thrilled by the idea of online video editing, saving from buying high-profile hardware. But I am fully disappointed with flixier. Literally nothing is working well. I only want to generate a 3-minute video and have spent many hours on it with no progress. The upload feature is just not upload ing my files. No matter how I try, on various devices (2 PCs, tablet, mobile) but it does not work. When placing a video on time line, it always keeps on "loading..." status - forever. I adressed support who firstly regretted issues, then offered an online session to watch the desaster. I reacte don it, but then no further reaction from flixier. It's just crap, unreliable, unstable, no support. Just don't buy it - although you have to to even try out basic features.

I subscribed to Flixier’s Pro Plan on September 8, 2025, and I have the official receipt of payment. However, my account was unexpectedly downgraded to the Free Plan, and despite several emails to support, I have received no response.

I rely on the Pro features for my work, and this issue has caused unnecessary disruption. What’s more frustrating is the lack of communication — I have provided proof of purchase but my case has not been addressed.

I am posting this here in the hope that Flixier will finally respond and resolve the matter by either restoring my Pro Plan access or issuing a full refund.

I will gladly update my rating if this issue is resolved promptly.

I genuinely liked the platform before this issue, but the current experience with customer support is very disappointing. I hope Flixier takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.

Issue Resolved – Back to Pro Plan

I previously had an issue where my Pro Plan subscription (purchased September 8, 2025) was downgraded to Free despite payment. I was frustrated at first since I received no initial response from support.

I’m glad to update that Flixier has since resolved the issue and restored my Pro Plan access. Their team eventually addressed my concern, and everything is now working as expected.

While the delay in communication was a challenge, I appreciate that the problem was fixed. I can now continue using the platform’s excellent features, which have always been a big help in my work.

Thank you to the Flixier team for resolving this matter. I hope future support responses will be faster, but overall I’m happy to continue using the service.
