Very easy and managable program. The layout is pleasant and great to work around, and the finished product was incredible! Even on the off chance you do get stuck, the support page is easy to get to, and the step by step walk through is a breeze!

I buy Pro a few days ago ,today when I try to use again guess what? They ask me to upgrade my account,,,,because I reach the monthly limit …how is that when I still have another 300 minute left to create a video ???I try to contact the support but nothing ,disappointing

I purchased the pro subscription and canceled the same day and I read the policy saying you would be issued a refund eventually when you cancel but now that I'm on here they are saying no refund only a cancellation of the reoccurring bill, like what the heck what kind of business is this!?

i enjoyed Flixier because i can use a powerful app online and my computer is able to process it on cloud the ease of tools and a.i. solutions are great i am glad i found the app sooner then never

I'm creating a few slide shows and this software is intuitively much easier to use than Clideo. Downloading and arranging pictures and songs is really simple. The biggest downside I found it that I can't figure out how to change the length of time to display a whole group of slideshow pictures at once. I can only do it individually.

I signed up for Flixier on 11/22/2023. My last export was on 12/5/2023. I have not used it again since. I have been inactive in over a year. Life happens and I completely forgot about it. I noticed a charge on my account yesterday (12/16/2024) of auto renewal that posted on 11/27/2024. When I saw this, I emailed Flixier support immediately (barely 2 weeks from the renewal) requesting for them to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. I explained to them that I have not been active in over a year and I know they can see that on their end. Instead of assessing the situation and making an exception, they decide to hold me to the terms and condition of the renewal. This goes to show that this company does not care about the customer, they care more about keeping your money. Keeping their customer happy is not a priority for them. Finding ways to keep their money is the priority. I get there’s terms and conditions and every businesses have that but as the company who CREATED the terms and conditions you can also make exceptions on a case by case base prioritizing customer satisfaction above all. My only regret is not going on here first and reading their reviews. Do yourself a favor and filter for the 1 stars and you’ll see what I’m talking about! Stay away from Flixier!

I have only been using it for a few days but I am in love! A good free video editor! Although I would recommend getting the paid version for unlimited export time, as that has been an annoyance. Other than that I'd say its pretty perfect!

Pay attention for autorenewal! They wont’t pay back if you have made choice once.

I really have to say it works excellent for me as average creator, especially cause it's not overloaded with a lot of functions i mostly wouldn't use. So yeah i really like it. Sticks to the basics and makes it easy. The layout is very clear and has everything in place i need.

Tbh I found it kinda limited I mean sometimes the link imports doesn't work everytime and some things the pitch changer should be added
