Christine is amazing
Christine is amazing ! She is incredibly easy to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and always available to answer questions . From start to finish she shows exceptional customer service nothing is too much trouble. She understands exactly what we want and offered options perfectly suited to our preferences and budget. I highly recommend Christine, we are so grateful to her for her outstanding service she made the whole experience easy and stress free and can’t wait for our upcoming trip.

We had an excellent experience with our Flight Centre consultant. He was extremely obliging and attentive to all our needs throughout the booking process. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and all of our accommodation and travel arrangements were organised within 24 hours.
The service was efficient, friendly and stress-free, making the whole holiday planning process very easy. We particularly appreciated his responsiveness, attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests.
Flight Centre is doing a great job by providing knowledgeable consultants who deliver prompt, personalised service. Thank you for helping make our holiday planning such a positive experience.

Rip off, Will not honour their sales package
Absolute rip off company. Paid for return flights for 2 people, paid extra for each ticket for the “captains package” that waives cancellation or change of plans / ticket fees.
When trying to cancel flights I was informed there would be no refund available on these tickets.
When requesting a change to the flight details (changing customer name on same flight) they tried to charge $90 per person per flight for a total of $360. Then on top of that tried charging an updated ticket fare cost at the time of name change which was a total of $688 for the cheapest option!
Will never use Flightcentre again.
Don’t fall for any of their promotions / packages as they are deceitful and are not honoured

Hi Jayden, thanks for your review. To provide some clarity, the Captains Pack entitles customers to a waived Flight Centre change/cancellation fee depending on the package purchased. Airline / supplier fees still stand, as is advised at the time of purchasing.
Credits for changed flights can be used towards tickets of the same or higher value. I appreciate this is frustrating to see lower fares not available for you to apply your change to, and it's because these fares are a lower than the original ticket value. The airline rules specify that a credit is to be used for an equal or higher value.
I hope this helps to clarify for you, and our team are more than happy to assist with this for you ☺️

Cook Islands escape
The stand out for me was when I explained the holiday I wanted Lachlan listened and fine tuned my itinerary to be exactly what I was planning. He took into consideration my requests and delivered an itinerary that I am more than happy with.
