Soraya at the Wodonga outlet was so helpful when we travelled to Norfolk Island last year, that we did not want to deal with anyone else when we were thinking of a visit this year to Cairns. She was so friendly and ultra helpful and made our booking experience very enjoyable and efficient. We are most grateful for her expertise.

Our go to travel agent
Our go to travel agent, Cassy Monteath, has yet again exceeded our expectations with our most recent group travel holiday to Hawaii in late July 2025. Her due diligence and attention to detail is second to none and for those in our group who had not travelled with us last time, it was an adventure that they now wish to repeat. So much so we are in the planning stages right now. Thank you, Cassy, your accommodating approach and willingness to work outside given trading hours is well received.

Voucher difficulties.
The staff handled my bookings & enquiries well. I had a specific issue I wasn't able to access with my booking, they did.
