No after sales service from store manager
We have dealt with Flight Centre Birkenhead Point for many years because of the very good & friendly service from a particular staff member who is no longer there. On 23-January-2026, we booked for flights only, but the store manager convinced us to also book for accommodations so that we can qualify for lower flight cost. While the store manager was efficient in locating suitable accommodations in our multiple destinations, the service went downhill very quickly once she finalised our itinerary & we paid a substantial sum. What was lacking was a complete itinerary (I had to ring & ask for it, which was then sent to me by another staff member). In received itinerary, address & contact details for accommodations & transports were also missing, and I have been chasing for these since 22-Feb-2026, sent multiple Emails to store manager & her staff, she responded once on 14th April saying she was sick & still catching up. I then rang twice to follow up, left 2 messages with her staff to pass on. Today (11-May), I still haven't received info that I requested nearly 3 months ago. My concern also is that contact details for accommodations & transports aren't available in my Internet search, and yet we are supposed to be contacting these businesses for check in details before we arrive in our destinations. I am also left with question if the staff actually passed messages on & if she took any notice of my multiple messages & Emails.

To clarify further, these documents are often listed on your booking confirmation documents, which are provided closer to travel, regardless, we do thank you for your feedback, and we will manage this internally as appropriate.
