Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience. This is what customer service should be. I purchased a pair of Classic Ultra Palm Freezer Gloves recently for my partner. Really happy with the gloves but he needed a smaller pair. I contacted FlexiTog by email and got a swift response. They were very happy to send out a smaller size once I returned the original pair. The replacement arrived yesterday in good time and I’m very happy.

Quality is worsens since the aquisition
Since I have had my first pair of boots from Flexitog, I always bought from there. They used to be the trademark for quality, comfort and sturdiness. All my shoes lasted 2+ years of heavy duty.
Until Flexitog has been aquired by RefigiWear.
Since then, the quality is downhill. The boots were falling apart after a couple of months of office work, the padding behind the heels are rendered to nothing in mere weeks.
I am really sad that an other great company has fallen into mediocricy for the sake of profit.

Fantastic Service
I have found that Flexi Tog is a reliable company and within 24 hours my order was delivered. I do not know why other companies can not provide the same service. I will recommend Flexi tog to all companies, that I deal with.

Replacement boots for freezer work
I had some flexitog boots from work and after a year and a half were falling apart. Having searched for various freezer boots, I opted to order flexitog again as they were comfortable to wear. The new ones, (the most I've ever spent on any footwear), arrived and they look much smarter than my old pair and are also very comfortable and keep my feet warm while protecting them.
