Ok unless you need a refund

I was delighted when the knee sleeves didn’t fit and they offered refund or try another size but still get refund if the new ones didn’t fit. So I tried another size but they also don’t fit. Now they are not replying to my emails. So I have 2 pairs which are no use and have wasted my money. A lot of money when trying to live on a pension! If they ever get back to me I will revise this review but for the time being I would not recommend this company.

Customers be aware

Ordered 2 knee sleeves in their buy one get one free offer. This offer was all over Social Media. Items received but sadly too small. I have tried to contact this company via email and messages on their online form. Unfortunately email has been undelivered and no response from the messages on their online form. Not good and I would advise potential customers to be aware.

I like the product

I like the product. Very comfortable and supportive.
Can’t tell yet if it has helped my problem (pain in the knee after a long walk) but will report back.

Goods I believed were sourced from the UK are coming from China.

I selected this company as their website stated:
"Based in the UK. Real people making great products".
Which suggested to me that they sourced products from the UK. How wrong I was!

I placed an order for which I paid extra for "priority" delivery within 1-3 days as this was required urgently. No trouble, I thought, if UK sourced.

I have queried late delivery and perhaps a refund of my extra postage with them via their customer services email address (no contact phone number given). But two follow up emails later, I have had no response whatsoever, so hence this review.

I have learned from Yodel, who received advice of a delivery "on its way" from China(!), over a week ago.
Flexiaura must have known they couldn't honour the "Prority" order timescale?
Caveat Emptor!!

Further to Flexiaura's reply below.
My package has now arrived after 14 days in transit.
Thank you for refunding the priority shipping cost.
I have now obtained the full tracking details for this shipment which confirms that it began its journey in China on 23-Oct, arriving in the UK on 31-Oct via Yun Express.
So I do not believe I have spread around any false information. about your brand.

Besides from that. Our records show that you’ve opened a dispute with your bank claiming “goods not received.” However, both our delivery partner’s records and your own correspondence confirm that the item was successfully delivered.

At Flexiaura, we take pride in delivering a premium experience for our customers, and the consistently positive feedback we receive through our website reflects that commitment.

I’d like to start by clarifying your concern about the delivery origin. After reviewing your tracking information, there’s no indication that your order was shipped from China.

Flexiaura operates fulfilment centre's in both the UK and the US, depending on where the order is placed. We do not dispatch from China, and as a company proud to be primarily UK-based, we do not appreciate false information being spread around our brand.

That said, I completely understand your frustration. The past few weeks have been extremely busy — our warehouse has sold out four times in the last 32 days — and with the Christmas season approaching, our logistics and support teams are working flat out to keep up with demand.

As a gesture of goodwill, I’ve processed a full refund for your priority shipping.

I’ve also sent you a private email with an update on your delivery status (which is arriving soon!) , and I’m more than happy to help with any further questions you might have.

Item still not arrived

Ordered on 30th September, still no sign of item, the tracking info they gave said order not found, contacted customer services and response was “we’re sure it will be with you soon”
Will certainly not use again and strongly recommend to steer clear of this company.

I honestly can’t express how amazed I am with their bamboo knee sleeve, everything with this company has been perfect. Only 4 starts because I had to pay full price before they ran their current deal
