Spent several weeks choosing cars and looking at lease deals, and found a great deal with Fleetprices....or so I thought. I specced up a new car after their prices were the best for the particular one we were after and submitted quote requests, which all came back and confirmed the price. Emails were exchanged back and forth confirming the finer details (available colours etc.) and we tried to close the deal and place the order. At the last minute, they bumped the price up significantly. When asked why, they said 'oh we forgot to add VAT'....DESPITE all the prices on the screenscrapers stating the price included VAT, on their own website and on the actual email personal quote. We'd spent 48 hours in communication with them, which they were taking their time replying to. I tried to ring but was told it couldn't be done over the phone. The worst thing of all is that I'd showed my kids photos of the car we were getting - after all, I had been QUOTED a price, by direct communication after submitting the details on their website requesting contact, and my kids were upset when I told them we were no longer getting the car. Absolute timewasters, and not to be trusted.

This is the 2nd time that I have leased a car from fleetprices. The service is amazing, Leo Nicodemou was my dealer broker for both cars and I must say he is the best at what he does. He is very professional has endless amounts of knowledge in his field and goes above and beyond to ensure you get what you want. His communication skills are on point, he kept me in the loop every step of the way to ensure the smooth transition of collecting my old car, to delivering my new one. Overall the whole team is great their individual roles ensure you get a great service would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a lease.

Second time I've used Fleetprices and very pleased with the service. From the well designed easy to use website, the great price on the VW Golf, efficient communication throughout the process to the smooth delivery of the car. We will be using them again in 3 years when the next car is due!

Took delivery last December on a 2 year lease.
The car I wanted was a new model being imported & our representative went out of his way to make sure I got exactly the right model & spec. that I wanted, which was great as there weren't many around. I was kept well informed throughout the process, and got a very reasonable competitive price.
Will certainly be a returning customer as cannot fault the service provided.

Fantastic service. Both my wife and I have had cars from fleet and cannot fault them. When I was shopping around they priced matched and even beat their competitors. Once the car was ordered I was kept up to date regularly with the process and it was all very straightforward. If you email them responses are usually very swift. I now have a gleaming new car on my drive and am very happy.

Well priced, smooth and thorough company. Their customer services throughout have been polite and informative. I am set to receive my car next week after a few months of delay, however, they informed me of the delay before I'd put any money down and gave me an honest time frame which has been accurate. I was sent update emails monthly and if I had any questions they were answered within 24 hours.
My one area to possibly look at is the following quote when the vehicle's delivery is confirmed:
'Your vehicle will be driven to the delivery address, please note that the mileage incurred during delivery may form part of your contracted allowance'
I thought this was maybe a little unfair, especially if it was to be delivered from a distance. However, it's only a small point.
The staff should be proud, I'd suggest anyone looking for a leased car to use this company and specifically take note of the 'in stock offers' selection for a quick turnaround.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I ordered a car in November 2017 and I was told it would be with me in March 2018. The car has been delayed until the end of May/ beginning of June 2018 as such, I am now stuck without a car. I have told Fleetprices to cancel the car as i need a car now. They have told me that they will charge me £360 to cancel and its got nothing to do with them, as they blame the main dealer. If the car was to be delayed for another six months they would still charge me £360 if i wanted to cancel its not their fault according to the salesman. They do not care at all about their customers. They are virtually extorting money out of me when I'm stuck in a situation they put me in. What do they expect me to do? Pay the charge or hire a car until the new car eventually arrives? They even suggest I take a totally different manufacturers car to the one I ordered!
They are profiteering out of peoples misfortune. They could easily wave the £360 charge as it wont cost them a penny to cancel it at the dealers.
They just keep saying see their T&Cs. This is not the customer service you expect in 2018.

Horrendous company. Will take your money and leave you completely uninformed of any updates until you start chasing them. When they then fail to provide your vehicle within the original timescale they will fob you off with supplier excuses until you get so annoyed you cancel the order. They will then charge you a further £360 for this atrocious service on top of any original order fee you may have paid. Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to have dealt with. Please avoid. So many better companies our there.

Car delivered weeks late despite order being treated as high priority. Misinformed and misled throughout order process which delayed delivery of vehicle. Contacted after order had been delivered to inform me the wrong finance documents and payment amounts had initially been given and these were to be amended. Avoid, no accountability.
