Perfect Communication and unbeatable service.

Super fast repair — took just about a week and a half including shipping both ways. Super friendly communication, always kept me updated, and I even got a video once the HomePod was fixed. Totally recommend!

Donovan is one of the most underrated experts. I just spoke to Apple corporate about how they could learn customer service from him. You don't just "send" your homepod to him, he "tracks" it for you as he "fixes" it. Unheard of customer service in this day of "gotta problem? go figure it out for yourself." CHATGPT is no competition. Donovan HAS no competition!

I'm so happy I found a reasonable way to revive my dead HomePod. It was playing for a few minutes, then clicking and farting, then stop. Apple authorized service asked the price of a new unit, in order to replace the faulty one. And then probably dump it somewhere in the landfills. Donovan fixed our beloved HomePod in a matter of a few days, in between Christmas and New Year's Eve. It plays music now as new. It was opened and repaired without the slightest trace on the sensitive mesh. Perfect communication and ultra fast service.

Smooth communication with Donovan and quick handling/fixing of the hompod 2nd gen. He sends a video of confirmation that it works before sending it back. Great execution. Fair price. Totally worth it.
