I have been waiting answer for my ticket for 5 days.
I bought 25k nondrop member a few weeks ago and now channel has only 9k member ans still dropping.
so I created ticket and said that refill it or refund the amount of dropped member.
and they said "my order has been completed"
They don't even able to understand what u saying in english so that's why I wouldn't recommend that panel.
There is no support. Services aren't working. I am asking on ticket they dont respond.
Also most of services have problem...
When you are create order panel marked orders completed but orders haven't started yet.
If you ask your order, they will do something but its gonna be to late or they just canceled or something like that reasons otherwise your order will stay completed without complete.
That happend many time and that's suck because I'm having problem with my buyers...
