Clear communication, work was to a very good standard with quick time-frame and Natasha was very nice and friendly and a credit to the company.

Something was missed accidently and after 2 call it was arranged to do the job.
But what made my experience the most was natasha who answers all calls rings people books you in an generally deals with everything she is an absolute asset to the company a genuinely lovely person who cannot do enough for you.
Every company needs a natasha.

We had the car taken in for repairs after it was damaged by another vehicle. The whole process was smooth and quick. They had someone drop off a courtesy car and take our car away to be fixed. It was in for around a week and then our car was delivered safely back to our house. They have gone above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our car recently sustained some damage while parked requiring two doors to be replaced. We claimed through our insurance and Fix Auto UK were appointed by our insurers to fix all the damage.
Wow! What a first class experience from start to finish. We had contact with three people, the woman in the office who dealt with us, the man who called
to collect our car and the man who returned our car. They were all so professional, and friendly. Nothing was a problem for them. We were kept informed of the progress of work to our car at each stage. The standard of the work was also top notch. It looked brand new. The man who returned our car gave me a small jar of paint from the paint they used so I could touch up any paint chips the car will get during daily use.
A first class experience from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend this company to everyone.

Fix Auto Wrexham had my van 6 weeks for insurance repairs, I was told it would take 7 -10 days.
Fix Auto Wrexham had to paint the wing twice because the paint didn't match, it still doesn't match.
A member of staff would not accept that I had a text message from them until I showed them my phone.
I would never recommend them and in my opinion this company are incompetent.

Fantastic customer service, very friendly team! Had my car sorted in a matter of days, and I am very pleased with the repairs. The wonderful team kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs. Courtesy car was lovley, and the team sorted dropping my car off to my place of work and even had it cleaned for me.
