Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Wigan Reviews

I was kept up to date weekly on my vehicles progress. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent service. Kept fully updated throughout

Very happy with the communication.
The body work was spot on was really happy with the overall service

Very professional and kept me updated with the progress on my car

The whole process with Fix Auto was outstanding. The service I received from the team, particularly Dale Johnson, was more than I ever expected or have experienced before. They maintained regular communication and went above and beyond at all stages of the process. They met the deadlines they set and the work they carried out on my vehicle was to the highest standard. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough.

Fix Auto sorted every detail out. Even picked the car up and dropped it off when complete. The gentleman who picked up and dropped off was very professional, as were all the staff. First class service. Thank you.

Excellent

Kept me informed throughout the process, and did a great job.

From start to finish the staff updated me throughout the repair process, they gave me an overview of what work would be taking place to repair my car. Nothing was to much trouble, the finish was showroom condition. Thanks to all of the team

Good service , slow on repair times but due to oars issues that’s beyond there fault,
Otherwise excellent service and communication

Linda and Gareth at the front desk couldn’t have done more. Very warm and friendly. The service was seamless; start to end. Super pleased I picked this company to oversee my repair and very grateful to the guys who actually did the work. My car was returned in a better condition than it was given…. Even down to the clean.
Always check the ratings and other customers experiences before procuring any services for similar. Would highly recommend to anybody in the Wigan area (and beyond if you’re happy to travel). You’ll not be disappointed.

The car looks perfect it’s been returned clean and the staff were all very helpful

My car was in a poorly state when received by these guys.
Constant updates every step of the way. Picked my car up looks like new.
Very professional outfit.
Nothing too much trouble for any member of the team. Would certainly recommend this Company.

Excellent service! Friendly helpful staff, excellent communication and customer service. Quick completion to a high standard, A** highly recommend.

Friendly staff kept me updated on repairs an how long they were likely to take. Picked up and dropped off my car

Very nice people. Arranged a courtesy car after telling them genuine reason. Excellent work done on the car.

Following a incident with my car, fix auto Wigan took care of everything from picking car up, keeping me updated on what’s going and returning my vehicle 🚗 fantastic service…

Very impressed with the whole operation at Standish. Friendly and helpful staff who kept me aware of what was going to happen and later how the repair was progressing. Would have given 5 stars to the Standish operation, but the earlier web communications from the various parties involved in organising and advising on the work prior to getting to Standish got me a little confused.

First class in every way, great communication on the progress of the repair. Cannot rate them all highly enough. Thanks everyone.
