My car went in for repair on 17/02/2026 and by the 26/02/2026 I had my car back. The whole process from start to finish was informative and on time, the work was spotless. The car was collected and returned from the place I asked for to make easier for myself with reference to returning a loan car and it was also cleaned both inside and out! A big thank to Lynn and the team who carried out the repairs, thank you for a great job.

Quick turnaround and great…
Quick turnaround and great communication. Good job overall.
Just one negative point.
The trim around the window was clearly removed during the repair and hasn't been put back on correctly. Or maybe a clip is damaged.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the quick turnaround and communication - we really appreciate your feedback.
We're sorry to hear about the issues with the window trim, and we'd definitely like to get this looked at for you. It may be something like a clip not seating correctly, but we'd prefer to properly assess it and put things right.
If you're able to, please could you email a few photos of the area to
Manchestereast@fixauto.co.uk along with your vehicle details? Once we've had a look we'll be in touch to arrange the best way to resolve it for you.
