I had a front end car accident at the beginning of May, but thankfully was still drivable and legal. My insurance (Aviva) gave me a choice of 2 local repair centres, and thankfully I Chose FixAuto (Motoraid). I took my car down a couple of days later so they could evaluate what was needed, and the use of a courtesy car for duration of repair. Hollie was fantastic throughout and very responsive to emails. Courtesy car was lovely and a week later I collected my car which was perfectly repaired and cleaned inside and out. Cannot fault FixAuto and would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Following an accident I booked my car in for repairs. Everything was exemplary! From collection and return of my car, through updates about the repair, to the help that the office staff provided me with all my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. Car now back and in mint condition - they gave it a deep clean and even hoovered it! Can’t fault anything. Amazing service 😃 Thank you all - especially Hollie xxx

First class service
I was very impressed with the service I got from the staff right the way through from the first day I took my vehicle to them for repair.
I thought I’d be waiting weeks for my vehicle to be completed but it was days .
Overall I’d highly recommend using fix auto everytime .

Great Service
I took my car in on Monday due to the paint peeling away on some plastic trim. I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. They provided a courtesy car (free of charge) and completed the job in 48 hours. On my return I was, once again, treated extremely well and the repair was first class. Special mentions for Star, Hollie and James whose service compelled me to leave this review. I would recommend them highly.
