Excellent service. Regular updates via email about status of planned repairs was very helpful. They conveniently picked up my car and dropped off courtesy car to my home address which saved me a 60 mile round trip on a work day. The whole process was stress free and easy.

Great service from day one
Great service from day one, lovely staff, good updates. My car is ready to collect today so can't comment on the actual work but if it's anything to go by my experience this far I'm sure it will be excellent. Thank for making my first insurance claim less stressful.

Great service
The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful and the courtesy car is very much appreciated.
They kept me updated throughout and managed to get the job completed 2 days ahead of schedule.
A great job has been done on the repairs and the valet was amazing.

Over spary madness
I have picked up my works van today and has a lot of over spray on the back bumper witch is black and my van is white this is also on one of my back lights. The repair that has been done is looking good.

Worst body shop in Aberdeen,My car went…
Worst body shop in Aberdeen,My car went in and it took 6 weeks for a minor paint repair just for it to come back with a missing wing mirror. When asked about it i was told they aren't sorting the missing mirror or paying for it even tho i have been sent photos of the mirror still on when they got the car also they went for the good old orange peel effect for a finish. Stay well clear its not worth the hassle major attitude problem to top it off proper cowboys.

R/H side of vehicle repaired by us, not left! Door mirror glass on both sides aftermarket from eBay or the likes (Not surprised one has fallen off) repairs took 4 weeks including 2 week shut down for Xmas & New year. Not happy as we did not back down on supplying free replacement part not related to us. Vehicle left site with no complaints then to return to say mirror glass fallen off? I would have noticed this prior to driving away! Although, wishing you all the best for 2024.
