I order 2/10/23 was told 3 weeks so at the 2.5 week mark I got rid of my old table as knew I didn’t have room to store , I called them and they had said it will be delivered it got to the 3 weeks and I tried calling again and phone lines were closed I paid by klarna so at this point I stoped my payments , 30th Oct I received a email they could not do my order and told me to contact my payment method for a refund I am struggling to get my £300 back to order another table before Christmas I’m glad I didn’t pay in full do not place a order you will lose your money

Do not use this company!

Terrible company took my money and never sent my order now they say they have closed down but were still taking orders after saying this!

I ordered a marble table and chairs…

I ordered a marble table and chairs paid in full got the marble table no chairs every time I emailed them kept getting same reply supplyer problem been 5 months same reply every time now just see web site say temporary closed what a joke if I could give NO Stars I would. If they knew I wasn't getting my product a least have decency to return my money instead of lying.

It’s FRAUD THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DO NOT RESPOND AND SAY THEY ARE IN ADMINISTRATION AND CAN NOT FOR FILL YOUR ORDER AND HAVE TO GET MONEY BACK FROM BANK. Please please do not use this company TOTAL FRAUD !! I have told the police there website is still taking order I have also told trading standards if you want to lose your money then try this company

Delivery Not Received

Ordered and paid in July - meant to be delivered in September. Nothing by end of October despite chasing Five Noir who did reply but said problem with couriers. I ordered same item from Esme Furnishing that delivered in days had asked Five Noir for a refund. Received this notification:
We write to inform you about our current business position that has and will impact your order with Schwarze Group LTD t/a FiveNoir. I am extremely sorry to inform you that unfortunately, we are currently unable to fulfill your order. This is a result of both ongoing financial difficulties and turbulent market conditions.

Goods not received - Unable to contact company

Goods ordered over a month ago not received and tracking shows not dispatched
Emailed twice and no reply.
Several attempts to telephone during office hours but going straight to voice mail and message box full
Website now down under maintenance
Can only presume gone into liquidation…..?

Company is going into administration

This company has gone/is going into administration. They gave false delivery dates on my order which I can only presume was to stop me cancelling and requesting a refund earlier (when they were still open).
The website has a "site under maintenance" message so at least people can't order from them now but if you have an outstanding order I recommend contacting whoever you financed it with or Five Noir direct on the email address on their webpage for what good it will do.

Bad company do not use them

Paid for dining table and chairs company sent email to say had been despatched. Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks when I chased them they said they were unable to fulfill my order despite them taking my money!!

I’ve been waiting weeks now for a…

I’ve been waiting weeks now for a kitchen table. No confirmation letter, no communication so have tried to email as they suggest on their temporarily closed website. Cannot send, tried to call, no answer. How can these people keep taking peoples money.

Bad communication

Bad communication. Product never arrived. I had to keep messaging. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER, just a stupid email solution. Now I have to write a new one for a refund.

Scammers scammers scammers

Scammers scammers scammers, they will give a fake delivery dates several times and they me to be cancelling my shifts because I was waiting for them to come deliver my order, up until today nobody has responded or called. Please run away from them

My son ordered a lamp on the 27th…

My son ordered a lamp on the 27th September and still no sign of it ,they don't answer the telephone, i have managed to chat online do the excuses....it was sent the couriers lost it, They are experiencing problems with there courier ,every week we have been promised it has been sent, now last week before the website went down we was told it was being dispatched from there main supplier and would reach us by the 27th oct, we have since several emails asking for a refund to which we have received no response, there is something very dodgy about this company as it was paid through Klarna they are investigating this but its now day 4 and still no response. Avoid people!
