The company is a scammer

The company is a scammer. I ordered a dinning set with chairs and velvet bench, since August and my order was supposed to arrive In September, I have had two delivery date that didn't happen, even though I had to cancel work just to be at home to receive the goods, nobody turned up. Please don't order from Fivenoir, they are time waster and the customer service is very POOR. Please if you have had similar experience, flag them up with trading standard.

So where do I start avoid this company…

So where do I start avoid this company at all costs !!

We have ordered a table from this company mucked around like there is no Tomorrow with dates and communication,
We then got told there was a problem with deliveries and that’s why our table did not come, I will also state was let down on the day this was meant to arrive.

Because of the muck around and the disappointment and false information I was granted a table which was a Petra table as a good will ,

The table come and had cracks and marks all over it ,

So again have informed customer services and we was told we would receive the whole table as my fiancé has in writing ,
To then be told that it would be received Friday just gone may I say this was 100 percent promised.
Friday came no table!!
To then be told it would be Monday
Monday came nothing !!
So anyway the table that was meant to come may I say the whole table not just the top had turned up today but it wasn’t the whole table it was just the top again with marks and another crack on!! Absolutely disgraceful!
To then be told they only said they was sending the top lies again

Was told the whole table
As we have in writing and on a chat message!!
Stay away from this company they are scammers
The marble table which we have x sad already it’s also falling apart the stitching has come apart from the chair an and quality is next to 0.

If you want to be lied to and have false promises then this is the company to go two. Beware stay well away

I am actually disgusted and lost for…

I am actually disgusted and lost for words from this appalling company . If you don’t want disappointment and to be let down do not entertain this company ,

So I ordered a table and chairs from this company to be told it would be here on a certain date the date come no sign of it !
Then to be told on the day they have had to reschedule this !
Disgusting service

Then to be told because of the inconvenience they are sending me a Petra table to say sorry ,

I then finally got my table and Petra table and it had a crack in it and lots of pen marks on the marble so I asked them to resend they told me the whole thing to then be told it’s out of stock even tho on the website states in stock,

To then be told the whole thing will be sent 100 percent on Friday just gone still no table from what was promised ,

So then Monday just gone got told the whole thing not just the top the whole thing has been sent again and will be with me via parcel force yesterday still no sign ,
After being ignored numerous of times on the chat on the website it’s disgusting this company should not I mean should not be going ,

I then have received what was promised to me a Petra table ,
So it has come today but only the top bit of the marble disgusted and the marble that has come is no use whatsoever as again has a massive scratch on it and pen yet again , I have in writing from Paula holmes it would be the whole thing I have this in a text message and on a chat not just the top, to then be told today that it was just the top they sent and that’s what she said that is a lie I have proof that this is a lie ,
Angry doesn’t even come close avoid this company at all costs seriously they are a scam full of lies and disappointment avoid!!!!

Replacement chairs which has been going on for 12months.

I ordered a table and four chairs from them last October. They were delivered in time for Christmas. When they arrived the 4 Emperor velvet chairs were dirty and looked as if they had been used. I immediately contacted the company and they said they would send someone out to look at them. That person came out to view and agreed that they were not acceptable and told me they would replace them when new stock had arrived. Fast forward to May of this year and still no new chairs. I have phoned and e-mailed regularly without any luck. They sent out some replacements in July but they were the wrong colour. They came and picked them up and then took the 4 faulty chairs which incidently I have paid for so technically they are my property.
I still have not received my replacement chairs. I will be contacting trading standards and reporting them, they owe me the money for 4 emporer knocker back dark grey velvet chairs.
I am a very disgruntled customer.
I have been very patient with them and never been aggressive but I have had enough now because they have taken my money and supplied me with faulty goods and they don't give a damn.
Fast forward to now. This company has folded. The administrators have been called in. Its disgusting how they have carried in trading taking peoples money when they know they are bankrupt. I have personally lost £600 to these thieves. I'm absolutely gutted.

Worst company I have ever come across

Do not order from this company, they ran out of stock of the dining table and chairs i ordered so decided to send a completely different table minus the chairs i
Asked them for a refund ,that was in July now mid October and still no refund finally, after numerous ways of trying to contact them I was told 14 days I would have it.I didn't!!!!!!
In the end I was forced to take them to court ,I now have my refund but not before a lot of messages on live chat being ignored fobbed off told lies and that was by the manager customer service was the worst!!!!!!!!!

I’d give it nil stars if it would let…

I’d give it nil stars if it would let me I’m still waiting for delivery of the table and 6 chairs which was ordered beginning of sept they say within 3 weeks for delivery (that’s a joke) I messaged them through there online serves to be told a date which was another 3 weeks so I said that’s another 3 weeks so they changed it to an earlier date that date came I organised for someone to be here to help me with the new table after getting rid of the old table the date came and it got to mid day so I messaged them again to be told you won’t be getting it today and that someone would be in touch next week (a different courier) to organise a new date I really can’t believe how rubbish there communication is I wouldn’t of even know they wasn’t delivering if I hadn’t been in touch myself this is how they treat there customers I will give them there due they did say sorry and said I can cancel and get my money back and said they don’t do monetary compensation (another joke) so I’m still waiting on a delivery date I’ve been in touch with a solicitor and have an appointment next week as this is so wrong on how they treat a paying up front customer if anyone else is ordering don’t believe the 3 weeks delivery they say cos I guarantee you won’t get it within 3 weeks

The customer service was absolutely…

The customer service was absolutely shocking! I ordered a dining table and 4 chairs which arrived 6 weeks later than the first agreed delivery date. Initial delay was 1 week, but I received the wrong item. After that they postponed the delivery for 3 times, and eventually sent the incomplete item (table only). More complaint, and I finally received the chairs after another 10 days.

Terrible delivery delays

I was told my order would arrive 10th October - then told 18th October - my husband took a day of work - he’s contacted you to be told they are not being delivered today and no idea when - I think we may just have our money returned and we’ll look elsewhere

Quality Garden set and great customer service

I had a garden set delivered from Five Noir a few months ago, the quality of the furniture is great and you can tell it will stand the test of time ! I had some questions about the furniture and delivery before I ordered so I contacted customer services and was helped by Paula N. Can't thank you enough for your guidance and also arranging for the set to be built. Delivery was quick and the guys who set up the furniture were lovely & did a great job. Great service all round, I will be ordering again.

Love it!

Fast delivery time, I think it was just 3 weeks from purchasing to delivery.
Table was damaged upon arrival but the team was easy to contact and were very responsive. They were quick to deliver a new table to us.
Absolutely love the Victoria rattan set we purchased. Great quality, great value for money and all the family have been round making use of the short summer we had this year 🤣
Can't fault our experience with Five Noir!! Would definitely shop there again.

Garden furniture

The quality of our garden furniture is very good. We have used it on several occasions. Just a pity the weather has not been favourable to allow us to use it more. The customer service is excellent and helped us to overcome some initial problems, not of their making. All in all an excellent service.

Excellent Company and products

Was pleasantly surprised when entering the showroom at how big it was and how much variety they had, we were left alone to browse and there was no pressure to buy, very helpful staff.

The furniture we ordered was delivered when they said it would be, which was very quick from order date.

The quality of the furniture is excellent and the aftersales staff checking we are happy has been great too.

Would definitely recommend this company and buy from again!

Trustworthy company and quality furniture

We ordered a garden furniture set and on delivery there were a couple of missing cushions, damaged table leg and an incorrectly sized and shaped cover. A quick email to the company and the issues were resolved by Ryan, (I think that's his name) without issue. Excellent customer service.
Now for the garden furniture set. Excellent, well made, looks good and comfortable so highly recommended and in our opinion value for money.
