Poor All Around Experience

Poorly designed store. Product everywhere so it is hard to maneuver around the store. No one to help you out no cashier's just some person who watches you scan your stuff yourself. I am not paid to work there so why should I do their job??? If I am spending my money I want people to help me. I won't be back.

Bad timing

I visited this store to get stocking stuffers for my child.
Since it is now self check out as i was checking out i had this employee literally breathing down my neck for every item scanned. It was a large order i felt very uncomfortable and rushed thru. I grabbed my items and left. Woke up this morning with no wallet. I have no idea what happened to it. But its gone. My whole entire life is in my wallet. I visited the store this morning and the staff could not find it. But from leaving the store and to my car its gone just like that and not a thing i can do about it. Such an awful feeling
i lost everything. I understand people steal but tell your staff to back off a little.

Items and prices are misleading and…

Items and prices are misleading and some areas of the store and the associates will not help and are very rude and argumentative over the way they have wrongly priced and stored items. I did say I would not return to any of their stores because of the day since she said I am sorry about this have a great day and that was the end she did not even care

Terrible all around company!!

Terrible all around company!!! My 3rd order in 3 years:
Main complaints...they list so many items that are Out Of Stock,postage is $8 per order so when I order 4-6ish items I factor that in to save $(this happened w/ All 3 orders).
Then: you cannot cancel ANY Order when u find out that 2 or more(!) items were listed as In Stock but weren't,they say u can but it's not true( I contacted them Right Away after getting Email)... NEVER AGAIN.
PATHETIC Company in All Aspects!!

service satisfaction

I received the most wonderful service today. I was looking for a cover for my phone and Five Below was recommended. They said they have a lot to choose from. The cashier Tia at the Snellville, Ga. location was beyond helpful!! She even put the cover on for me as I have never done it. She was so sweet and kind.

Online shoppers Beware!

Online shoppers Beware!
I placed an order and it kept saying Error.... Then later I get a notification that the money was taken out of my bank for an order that isn't showing on my five below account! They claim no such order exists. Noone from customer support will reach out to me after numerous calls to try and resolve this. Emails just say error when I try to reach out. At this point my money is stolen! This was a large order and was my christmas fund for my kids.. keep my money but please send my kids their gifts! This is Not ok.

I have bought a cell phone charger for my phone and the plug stopped working, I took it back to five and below and the store manager anal was awesome House of free I think the five and below in Fort Worth on hulen and I-20 is a awesome place to shop...

Do not buy anything from the tech…

Do not buy anything from the tech department
I purchased 5 tech items
Power banks
And cordless karaoke microphones
None worked

The power banks had no power even after charging them up several times
The ports were misaligned do you couldn't get the usp cord in no matter what
I spent about 30$
Everything went in the trash

The only thing I would buy at 5below is clothing or plush toys

The makeup is also available at any dollar tree

Thank you Gonzalo I was stranded in the rain about a half an hour ago ready to freeze five below cause my battery was dead and Gonzalo. Thank you very much for your empathy. You’re a good person. This is about Online shopping
I placed a order and it kept saying Error , Then I get a notification that the money was taken out of my bank which was fine but then two hours later I received a email saying " Order canceled " And Noone from customer support will reach out to me after numerous emails etc . My issue is my money has yet to be returned to me but they went ahead and canceled the order which makes no sense at all
The money was out of my christmas fund and the items I purchased were apart of Christmas

Rude Manager

My experience wasn't the normal for this store. My granddaughter loves this store. This is the reason I was shopping in this store. The incident I experienced this past weekend was due to poor customer service and seemingly a personal opinion of the employee who seemingly insinuated that my ethnicity had something to do with an increase of higher prices and the increase of thefts. I will never understand how certain people are targeted and others are left to shop without attracting this kind of harassment.

Harassed for money I never spent

I am being legally harassed for money for an order I never made with fivebelow.com . They keep sending me threatening letters and threatening to take me to court yet I never placed an order with them (and I NEVER will). Either they are stealing from me directly or they have made it very easy for someone else to do so and simply don't care and don't listen about fraud. AVOID

I bought a yoga mat there recently

I bought a yoga mat there recently, my first purchase. It was thicker than similar yoga mats sold at walmart and cheaper, so I decided to buy it. However, it began disintegrating within 3 days. Lowest quality mat I have ever owned. I should have read the other reviews here before I purchased it. I will not go back to that store.

We have 3 grandsons who love to go to 5…

We have 3 grandsons who love to go to 5 Below but, we have never gotten home with 3 toys that are quality items! Today they bought a 10 in 1 Space Excavation kit that was a piece of junk! It had chalk rocks that they were supposed to bust up to find “space treasures “ inside. Well they busted all of the chalk rocks to find only 3 little plastic toys and two rocks !! That is a piece of junk! We had 3 disappointed little boys that is for sure!!
I think we might have taught them a lesson though because they now understand if you want quality things you have to expect to pay a little more for them! They also echo made the comment that they never get toys there that are exactly what the box says on the outside!!
Why can’t we have things made in the USA that are quality items instead of junk from China, Taiwan, Japan and so many other foreign countries!??
