So disappointed but at the end they fixed the problem

So disappointed! After long time (I think 2/3 months) waiting for my CrossFit trainer because of a some error in the sistem (they said) once arrived I have noticed that was already damaged when the technician was taking out of the box to install it,so I refused to accept it. I still not have a phone call From customer service to explain me what’s next... only a email asking me what was happening...
Update !
Finally the CrossFit trainer has arrived. Looks good and until (less than a week) no problem.

I ordered a spinning bike Schwinn IC 7. The product matches description, exactly what I have exacted, it was delivered promptly, about 2 days, client service excellent. I shall continue to order products from them in the future.
