This was the second stand I purchased…

This was the second stand I purchased as I loved the first one so much. It unfortunately arrived damaged.
I contacted the company and they very quickly responded and sent me a replacement. Great communication and customer service. Would highly recommend.

Quick and Sincere Resolution

Bought an Eiffel V2 TT88, with universal casters. The leg bracket broke due to a defective weld. The company took responsibility quickly after reviewing the pictures with their technical team and facilitated a refund within 7 days.

I stumbled upon this company….

I stumbled upon this company through a Google search. After checking out their products, I was immediately drawn to the Picasso floor TV stand because of its stylish design. It looks absolutely stunning in my living room! I’ve also ordered the ZEN floor TV stand for my bedroom. I’m so happy with both orders that I’m planning to order again from this company. It’s probably going to be their record stand! I would definitely recommend ordering their products.

RESOLVED

UPDATE: I have heard from them and they have resolved my issue. I still think they should offer a phone option as their chat system doesn’t seem to be manned.

I have tried to reach them 3 different times via their website, chat and 2 emails. They have no phone number to contact them. They sent me the wrong item and I want to return it to get it replaced. Apparently they don't care after they get their money. Stay away. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Request for cancellation was denied

I placed an order on Friday evening and noticed right after reviewing the order again that the demonstrations wouldn’t be a fit where the item will belong. I requested a cancellation immediately. I received a response today saying that the order has been processed and for me to have a pleasant life.

This is not the way how to run a business.

Be carefull, returning a wrong product to get another takes ages!

Bought product in wrong colour. It takes me now ages to get a new one in the right colour. It's a gift for my 50th birthday, NOT!

Poor customer service

They said that they will replace broken parts on their equipement, but I can't even get a reply from them to start to process. I have sent over a dozen emails and not a single response. Very poor customer service.

Good product, lousy customer service

After 7 days following my order, the package had not been sent and I had no information or answer to my phone calls or emails made to the company.
The delivery was supposed to be under 3 days so I was getting a bit concerned.
I finally decided to write here to trigger some kind of response, and it seemed to have done the trick since the following day the package was sent out and I received an email from their customer service saying my emails had been lost in spam due to a glitch in the system and were asking me to take down my negative comment on trustpilot.
I have received my tv stand, it's all perfect, looks sturdy and nice, the product is good.
The customer service should be better, very difficult to get any kind of response through the normal channels, doesn't make it trustworthy, but at the end of the day, I got my stand and it appears to be a good product.

I bought tv stand and paid extra for a…

I bought tv stand and paid extra for a shelf.
Item arrived without extra shelf that I had paid for.

I have been trying to contact them to find out why part of my order was missing and I can’t even get a response by any method tried!

Not good enough. It is a shame as I love the item. But if an order is missing items paid for there needs to be some way to communicate that WORKS !

NO Customerservice

Please do not expect any help from customerservice on your order. If your delivery is lost ,its lost. Nobody will help you. expect an answering machine, no replies in chatbox , no replies on emails.
Too bad , no product delivery , money gone.

Part delivery- no response

I have received a response from FITUEYES now, and happily resolved the issue. The item I ordered is on Pre-Order and expected from the 15th. It appears their responses had gone to my spam, although I haven’t found them yet! It’s a shame in this day and age that you can’t make a simple phone call to sort these things out, but that’s progress I guess!! Looking forward to receiving my Stand, there isn’t anything else like it on the market, so I’m glad to have resolved role communication problem I was having below. Thank you SupportUK.

I have only received the accessories for the TV stand I ordered. Their website indicates that the my order is fulfilled, but I’m missing the main component still!!

I have tried emailing several times, and using the website contact form many times, it’s been a week now and not a single response to any of my accepts to contact them.

They don’t have a number to reach them on, but they claim to answer emails within 24hrs, well they don’t!!
I’m left extremely frustrated and left with no options but to contact PayPal and get my money back, I hope!

A real shame the product looks awesome but the after sales care is diabolical.

Solid and stylish

Not sure about the name, but the product is quite nice. Deducted one star for styrofoam packaging and lack of convenient height adjustability. Height can be adjusted with a hex wrench, but the unit is not designed for routine and quick height adjustment. Moreover, the pole is a fixed length, so in our case the top of the pole is visible above the TV at our chosen height. That said, it's a nice looking unit, and even the faux wood finish of the pole is done well and looks like walnut from any reasonable distance (on our black unit). Assembly is easy, and the unit overall is surprising for its quality of build and finish, thus it is an excellent value.

Avoid! Take your money/don't reply/deliver

Fitueyes UK don't answer their emails, they don't allow you to call them (now I know why), they take your money, don't respond to emails, use Evri to deliver (they don't).... I have been waiting one week and nothing. The positive TP reviews must be fake!!! BEWARE and AVOID!!!!

Fantastic Products and Customer Service

Bought a TV stand which is great quality, later decided to buy the shelf to match. Both products are great and I’m really happy with them.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour shelf first and reached out to customer service to see if I could change before dispatch. Customer service was fantastic and sorted this quickly. Later I actually received both colour shelf’s and reached back out to customer service to return one. They said I could keep as a gift.

Overall, great products and fantastic customer service. Would recommend

High quality products!

We ordered a TV stand and shelf which arrived super fast (France)! The stand is super nice and totally matching the pictures ans description. We took a wheeled model and it is super convenient.
We received the wrong shelf however the customer service just sent back the right one. The delay of answers is longer than what we are used to, but it is a genuine company and I recommend it!
