Not a good experience

Not a good experience with this company.
Only one option for delivery with no advise on the timing for shipping. I emailed “customer services” to which lukas seemed fairly helpful and professional however have since learned lukas is an AI chat bot as stated in the small print at the bottoms of the emails so giving generic answers that are not actually specific or relevant to individual customers.

Arrived over a week later than expected and arrived without a charger to which lukas says a charger doesn’t exist and it can be connected to any USB port! I am now going through multiple emails back and forth over the last 4 days to see why I’ve paid for a charger which has never arrived.

Aside from the inconvenience of this, the fitsleeps PRO that is supposed to be for heavy sleeps is not a very strong vibration at all so I was quite disappointed by that. I find the packing to look quite cheap and flimsy which was a bit disappointing as I brought this as a gift but maybe that’s me being underwhelmed.

Wish I could have left a good review but not happy about being told in 3 emails a charger doesn’t exist and no refund for the “charger” I’ve paid for.

I bought two

I bought two. plus charger and water proofing. they were gifts. both individuals were not waking up from these products. 100% money back guarantee is also a lie. I paid about $125 and they only issued a refund of $34. They also told me that they resell the USED items as NEW and collect full price. they don't list them as used or at a reduced price. don't purchase from this company because your more then likely getting a used returned item and paying full price and they won't work. scammers, liars and theifs

My experience with FitSleeps has been great so far. I have had some issues, however thanks to their amazing Customer Service Team I had nothing to worry about. I have definitely made the right choice. I love the design of the wrist alarm, its simple and stylish and very comfortable.

Awesome!!

The bracelet itself has been a huge help with me getting up in the morning. Not only is it helpful but it also makes my roommates not as frustrated by my alarms! The customer service has been very responsive and super helpful when needed.

The Fit sleep arrived already charged

The Fit sleep arrived already charged. Customer service is very responsive. I wear it on my ankle. When i work too much and my body and mind refuse to acknowledge the regular alarm. I appreciate the innovation. I'll wish for a slightly stronger Vibration though......

Love my Fitsleeps wearabel

Fitsleeps is great. I love my wearable alarm. No more waking up my spouse when I get up early and I don’t have to wear my Apple Watch with EMFs blasting my wrist all night while I sleep. Game changer

Vibrations are good, band not so much.

I purchased the Fit Sleep Pro based on…

I purchased the Fit Sleep Pro based on their advertised 100-day money-back guarantee, expecting a risk-free trial. The product itself was completely ineffective and did not work at all for its intended purpose.

The real issue, however, is their so-called “guarantee.” When I contacted them for a refund, I was forced to use their return system, where the cost of postage was higher than the original purchase price of the watch. This makes the guarantee practically useless and appears designed to discourage returns.

This is extremely misleading and feels like a deliberate tactic rather than genuine customer support. A money-back guarantee should not come with hidden barriers that make it financially unreasonable to claim.

Very poor experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Does the job

The website is easy to use and utilizes effective marketing! I have been using the FitSleeps pro band for about a week now and it’s working to wake me up. I’m still using other alarms as well because I don’t fully trust only using the band yet.
