We beta tested the app in exchange for lifetime membership. They reneged and started charging us anyway.

The app is good, but when we decided to leave we were informed we had to manually delete every one of out 186 clients first. This took over 1500 mouse clicks and 2 hours, just to cancel. They deliberately don't have a bulk cancel option. They refused to assist. Imagine if your gym had thousands of clients over the years.... you'd be there days.

I’ve been looking for a platform where all files, documents, videos, programs and clients are all under one roof and the Fitr App provides this and more!

From the onboarding with Shaun to being able to use the white label feature to turn the Fitr App into the colours of my brand and have my logo as the client app on their phone, gives a nice unique and professional feel to the online coaching.

Now, the new feature, regular catch up calls with the Fitr team to track your progress. This helps the coaches stay on track with the App and also learn how to get the most from the app to enhance the client experience.

This is a fantastic coaching platform - I use for all of the online coaching that I offer, it allows everything to be in one place, clients to get in touch seamlessly and information to be disseminated with ultimate simplicity.

Great session with Lilla. She made me feel really comfortable and at ease. She was really thorough, giving me detail on why we were doing certain exercises and how they would help me with my injury and improve my running. Being at home allowed me to try new things that I would ordinarily be too self conscious to do in the gym.
